What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease in managing the progects and the team features. It's great for keeping me on my team on the same page and to never miss anything which results in the best customer experience for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how the automations are laid out. It would be nice if a workflow could be created and then the automations are in order from start to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our progects in one place while giving our full team access for easy communication and a seamless workflow.

The versatility of it's use, i implemented Monday in 3 workplaces so far.

The charge by feature pricing model that make it expensive.

To organize the workflow information.

It's so easy to use.
It's ability to sync and integrate with emails and other systems make it really useful to view what the team is doing.
We literally use it daily in my team to manage, document and complete briefs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app can sometimes not sync and load the most up to date information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mostly for the organisation ro brief in work to our team, then we can update the notes on each new task with progress, assign people to each task, create a gantt chart to see timeframes etc.
Production Processing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing what all Monday can do, I feel like I'm a novice user. Being able to link production employees to jobs that need worked on outside of our ERP system, helps streamline some of the processes the ERP company lacks in. The ability to attach photos and create comments on builds their working on provides history tracking on unique builds and gives me the opportunity to help resolve issues in a more timely manner. Setting dates helps me track timelines on builds and create a list of leadtimes by employees and build. We've used projects and project dates to help steer projects along, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I disliked was how it doesn't link well to our ERP system. As no fault to Monday.com, but my only real complaint regarding Monday is that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a good way to present upcoming production builds to our production team, short of a white board.
Using Monday I can create this presentation on what is upcomming and who is expected to complete what, by what date and have it look very professional.
On top of that, anyone within the company can pull up this form to see what is being worked on, rather than having to walk down to the production department to see.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com organizes all of my projects and to-dos in one place. It frees up my mind to generate new and clear ideas instead of constantly worrying or trying to remember everything that needs to get done. As the pace of work continues to accelerate, I would not be able to achieve maximum productivity without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, and I would like to learn how to get more colleagues onboard with using Monday.com. It's collaborative features are amazing, and everyone on the team would benefit from being active users. I have found it challenging to get more folks onboard with learning and embracing new technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay on top of deadlines as well as assigning lead to key tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find all of my projects I am working on. You are allowed to put some much information and trigger dates to remind you of important tasks. I use Monday.com everyday and it is pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When one of the projects are in "completed" stage, it does not show the implementer of the project anymore. If I go back to look up information about a past project, I can no longer see who ran the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of ease of transparency. Meaning more eyes can see what is going on with different projects I have.
Monday is beyond helpful for organizing and scheduling projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com every day to help manage and track my projects. The subitems are super useful when tracking multiple steps within a project. The overall user interface is straightforward to use. All of the column categories make the program super customizable to fit your needs. The option to have night mode is a plus. There are plenty of apps to help review projects that are on different programs. Overall Monday is very convenient and the best way to organize your workplace.

I honestly have no complaints about monday.com! As a graphic designer, I appreciate the user interface and all of the customization available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve time management. It lets my manager know where I'm at on projects so that they can manage my workload.
Monday's aren't so bad with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and also helps with maintaining consistent organization for you and your collegues. The add-ons are also up to date and provide features that enhance connectivity and transfer of information. I use it almost everyday to provide updates on tasks and keep my team informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to take time to understand how the add ons are connected and how they can affect another section of the page if it is not utilized the right way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of organization of data as well as being a central location for resources and collaboration.
Monday.com, the best asset on my marketing team!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes working on a team a breeze. My 3 person marketing team is able to balance many projects at the same time. I love the "priority" and "status" features for "requests". I honestly can't imagine my work life without Monday.com. It is an essential tool I recommend for business teams and more.

I've been using Monday.com for 10 months now and have nothing to point out that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves a major problem in my world in the terms of file reviews and edits. As a graphic designer on a marketing team, I easily submit my designs and the marketing director can easily type edits on my file or approve my work. The "status" feature benefits myself and my team as we can see if a task has "pending edits", is "pending review", or etc. I love all the labels that are available for the "request" (work tasks, projects, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the options it gives and once you get the hang of it is so fun and great to use! I am on it every day for work and love it.

It is very overwhelming at first and takes a bit to get used to and to understand all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place so you don't have to bounce around between ten apps. It also has immensely improved my time management.
