What do you like best about the product?
The "My View" view is my favorite. Each week, I filter by status and due date to prioritize my work week. It helps me stay organized without getting overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for project management and task management. It helps me know what to work on and when. It helps me collaborate with my coworkers on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform for teams to collaborate and accomplish team projects. Easy to share tasks, files and track project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
For visual learners it lacks the ability to easily view files or images associated with project tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the museum the ability to collaborate with a variety of users to share and track projects.

Great for Trucking industry

What do you like best about the product?
Our billing department has 3 individuals all who work collaboratively to respond to customers, follow up on detention requests, POD and paperwork requests. Monday.com allows us to stay focused, organized and be able to address everything that comes our way in an organized fashion. I love the simplicity look of monday.com, the innovation of it and when I want to review to see what everyone's doing or if someone is out and I need to respond to a customer, I can look at the notes on a particular load and respond accordingly. We use this every day in our processes. It's easy to use, easy to intergrate into our process, easy to implement (started with just a few thoughts and then grown). I have not requested for any customer support yet as it's pretty self explanatory so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are limited based on what you pay for. I would like the different tiers to have more features especially in the basic setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us be able to organize projects, tasks and manage overall workload for our billing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an incredible asset to our teams. It helps organize projects and their many moving parts. The way Monday.com helps us organize our projects, it leads us to actually complete them!

Monday.com provides accountability - it keeps deadlines visible to all team-members, provides reminder notifications about next steps, and allows team members to provide real-time notes and updates about why a project may be stalled. The notifications can be set up to email you reminders, and I especially like this feature. That has really lended itself to ease of integration. Our team has definitely seen the value of Monday.com, given our frequence of use. We utilize Monday.com tools daily. I especially like that we can label projects regarding their status. Before Monday.com, our projects were in several spreadsheets, but Monday keeps it all central and easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any dislikes... I've enjoyed using Monday.com so much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us see all of our projects in one central location. Before Monday.com, we had our projects in different locations, but Monday.com keeps everything visible. This helps support project completion accountability and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Integration. Updates. Following up on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view could use a lot of more features. No formulas in standard package (cant even add a total which is available in any excel app)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of problems in time and project tracking financial tracking as well

What do you like best about the product?
Is Excell with super powers, besudes all the spreadsheet power, is also a great tool to project management, it just works and is just easy enougth for my daughter 10 years old use it.

would love if connecting it to our internal softwares would be easier, not thur APIs.

The organazation. The new auto feautre definitely helps keep track wihtout actually updating manually.

sometimes moving modules around manually stalls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that every user has the ability to enter data and change things on Monday. It's a very team oriented platform

Sometimes the app lags and I have to refresh, but I use it very often

Monday solves the tediousness of communicating and sharing work from multiple platforms. Now, everything can be done in one space

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of customization Monday offers. It is easy to use, and the options (various views) are beneficial to the complex and elaborate projects we're working on. This app is more like a "Cure of the Mondays" because of how easy it is to navigate. I use it with my teams every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a builtin calendar. I do like how you can integrate other apps with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a group of creative minds who are incredibly passionate about their work. Hence, we prefer not to be bogged down with emails, analytics, etc. Monday enables us to organize our creative thoughts, tsks and measure deliverables. This is essentail when converting ideas to action.
