Very Grateful for Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most flexible project management system we have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is very intuitive, and provides numerous features to improve the efficiency and communication throughout the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that you will need to custom build your setup yourself if you want the best for your company. This is both positive and negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped solve a timing issue regarding updating projects. It also vastly improved our reporting capabilities.

Things couldn’t be more organized!

What do you like best about the product?
I’d highlight the automations. When multiple team members are working on the same asset, automations help keep everything organized across the boards without anyone needing to manually update statuses. It also makes things a lot easier for teammates who aren’t very tech-savvy, since Monday.com’s workflows are intuitive and do most of the heavy lifting for them. Overall, it keeps our projects aligned, reduces miscommunication, and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same as past years, I don’t love that all notifications are turned on by default, so I end up getting alerts for every single update. Of course, I can manually turn them off later, but it would be great if notification settings were easier to customize from the start.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that for larger teams, the boards can get a bit laggy. Some items take time to load, and it doesn’t seem related to internet connection, just the platform being heavy when many people are working in the same space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time for all my team and other teams we have to collaborate with. As I said before, automations are a live saver where I work. It just helps kepping track of everything and you know who to refer when you assitant, because you basically know whos working a document at the time desired.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps our marketing team on top of it so we hit goals and don't fall behind. I love all the different board templates and organization behind it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the survey board. We want to utilize it more but I have a hard time keeping it organized/tracking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that almost all of our information is stored in there and I know where to find it. I am able to stay on track by building out subtasks and feel good about completing each task

Best System to Increase Productivity and Efficienty

What do you like best about the product?
As a former educator, I appreciate the color system that is throughout the entire system. The functionality of the system allows for all staff to work the system even with miminal computer skills. I also love the archive feature. In additon, I able to upload images and send emails to staff and clients from Monday. The emails allow me to see when customers and workers have viewed the emails The automated email system when the status of the work order changes is amazing. I no longer have to working about sending confirmation or status update emails. I use monday every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Monday. I have no problems with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of organization and measuring productivity and efficency.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a diverse array of systems to meet every teams needs. It is a fully customizable platform to set up strategic systems to advance team goals. It's extremely intuitive and user friendly to help teams stay on track and aware of each others projects/workloads.

We use monday.com every day to keep track of progress toward our individual, team and organizational goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many features, it can be difficult to initially set up a system that works for your team. Often simplicity, especially for smaller teams, is key. The automations can be tricky to set up, but once established are time savers and amazing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is our primary project management and communications software. It serves many functions in our team such as complete project tracking for our website redesign and communications campaigns, as well as editorial and social media mapping for storytelling calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use. It's very quick to create custom project boards and even adjust them after you've started. We use the tool for our account management team. We love how convenient it is to share the dashboards with our clients, giving them transparency into the project and timeline and who owns which steps. It's easy to communicate and collaborate with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I spent more time looking at potential integrations with our other systems and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to give visibility to our clients of what is being worked on when we expect it to be done. We have other tools internally we use, but none were available to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access. It's not complicated at all. You can continously work on the work process seamlessly whilst monitor its progress and can see who is left behind.

the best aspect I have found about monday is that all you write is always saved even if the message/update was not sent, I find this aspect really usefull and valuable.

that is kind of slow when there are many details in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is everything it claims to be (and then some)! It has drastically improved the team's delivery speed, our project and support management, the automation of repetitive tasks, integration with all necessary programs, and real-time tracking of all data. The forms, docs, and columns on the boards are completely customizable. This aligns with the brand of the company I work for. We are highly praised for this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like older accounts not to be treated as legacy and to receive product updates, recent features, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many problems with tracking hours for recurring support clients with the old platform. With monday.com this was quickly resolved! Our clients have access to the native form for ticket submission, to the shared boards for open supports, and can track our activities safely and effectively with the dashboards. The project team doesn't waste time feeding multiple platforms. Now we have email sending, various integrations, all in one place! The support team as well.
