Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and seamless to use - notifications via email that lead directly to what I need to access to help me as well as the ability to see wht my team members are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing specific I can say negative about Monday.com that I dont like except maybe the name??? Why Monday? It reminds me of the worst day of the week from a work perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It heps me see the tracking of the entire project from beginning o end result and all the steps taken in one easy format
Organization amongst teams
What do you like best about the product?
Its the link between team members! I can see what everyone is working on, what stage of the project its in and most importantly when to bill for projects. It keeps everyone on the same page and keeps you responsible. Amazing colored tabs and options to design / layout & customize every step of the way. I cannot imagine working without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant think of any downsides to using Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track things visually, as well as create easy forms and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Currently you can only copy and paste from excel (or other tables) into one column on monday.com. To be able to copy and paste content into multiple columns at once would be a game changer.
-Would appreciate some sort of archiving. Maybe a auto-notification that tells you when a board hasn't been used in over a year and asks if you need to archive it or delete it.
- I find the workspace dropdown difficult to navigate sometimes. You have to know which workspace your board is in to locate it. Wish there was more immediate access to boards from main page, maybe tabs rather than a drop down.
- Similarly the search function is not great sometimes, it will often show no matches or way too many.
- Unfortunately some columns now don't show fully when in Firefox! Raised with the Monday team but couldn't resolve. Have had to switch to Chrome instead.

Automating processes and steps, which saves time and effort. RAG tracking, which helps more visually-led users. Creating a form from a board, meaning we can receive and track new items easily from one central page, from request to delivery. Ability to create bespoke boards, forms and automations means we can use it for many different user cases and project types.

I love Monday.com's business automations. The recipes are easy and very logical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more apps can be integrated such as OHMD Chat and OHMD Forms.

Monday.com is way more helpful than you would imagine
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, interactive and compatible with other platforms such as Dropbox. The new features have allowed our team to customize labels and folders so that they adapt to each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any significant downsides. There are some issues when linking files but this is usually a temporary problem.

Organizing files, delegating work, showing clients updates, tracking payment, etc.

Monday has a list of all my hundreds of clients and organizes it in a intuitive way!

It solves the problem of having one list of clients in one place instead of individually texting my assistant. Easier workflow and less headache of tracking who's who's and what has been done.
Everything you need in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has the unique ability to produce anything you can imagine! It is super easy to use, colorful and bright, and allows simple management of projects for our construction company's projects. There are features that allow view only users which is nice to allow our boys out in the shop to see everything that's going on without accidentally clicking anything. We use monday.com daily and love that it's easily updatable and super easy to learn and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the pricing per user. You pay for certain numbers of users, whether you use that amount or not, and when it comes to allowing active use for large groups it tends to get pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to put all of the information stored in my brain onto a virtual platform that is easily accessible to anyone. It allows us to track our projects in real time and keep everyone in the business in the loop as to what is going on in production.

What do you like best about the product?
I work at a publishing house, and after a meticulous process mapping effort, we reached a completely customized framework, thanks to Alest's support. Our needs in terms of workflows were fully met by the tool, which notifies the involved parties before the demand falls behind, allows automations from interconnected tasks, and is the best in the market for managers to visualize team performance. Another advantage is the integration with major work tools such as Gmail and Slack.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of anything that doesn't satisfy me in the tool, as it is highly customizable. If I see something, I can solve and change it instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a huge difficulty finding a tool that could encompass all the workflows and processes existing in various areas of the publishing house. Now, we have specific boards for very distinct departments, such as logistics and digital marketing. We also have an integration area that managers access to stay informed about the progress of each project — which has greatly improved communication gaps.
