What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has streamlined our processes and made it so easy to track our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like all of the features of Monday.com. If I had to pick a negative, I would say that some of the filters could be redesigned so that we could create better reports for our particular projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks all of our leads and where they are in the pipeline. We can also quickly see all of our sales for the month, all of the leads that did not sign on, and leads we are currently working on.

What do you like best about the product?
The program was easy to learn and implent. The different features it offers has helped us streamline our leads and follow up process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually change the status of a lead after moving it to a different category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and assigning leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all clients very quickly and the assign and track internal empoyees progress
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling bar, at times, seems to be difficult to find.

Organizing our workflow and allowing us interanlly not to walk over each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of tools and boards you can use and create to help manage different kinds of projects across team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For moving items within a chart - I think it would be great if multiple rows could be selected in bulk and moved together instead of one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates an easy way to have a bird's eye view of the different projects done overtime.

What do you like best about the product?
This may seem obvious but the most helpful thing about Monday.com for me is the organization level! It helps me prioritize and stay on task. It also helps me quickly connect and send drafts to my coworkers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about Monday.com! Creating boards and tables just take some hands on learning but after that it's super helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is the way I prioritize my work, check my to do list, and show my coworkers drafts all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the tool that enables us to organize the demands of our projects in a practical way, providing the right structure to boost creative deliveries and the day-to-day demands of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little cleaner in terms of visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday is solving is the organization of briefings and creative deliveries, facilitating the process, helping us to save time and, above all, improving the final delivery.

Monday Solves All My Organizational-Related Problems

What do you like best about the product?
Monday feels almost open source with all the possible uses. The UI is intuitive and nice looking. I don't think there is any organizational-related issue I can't solve with Monday. I use Monday literally everyday. I also like that it integrates well with google and slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated features need some work. Sometimes there are bugs that prevent automation from working. Sometimes the automation I want to create just isn't intuitive. I'm not sure how well Monday works on mobile.. I would like to see more info on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me solve the problem of tracking projects across different work teams, workstreams, geos etc. It helps me prioritize what needs to be done when I have a long to-do list and lots of co-collaborators. It helps me remember the status of things that started weeks prior. It helps give all teams transparency into the same.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Monday.com is the ease of being able to include team members in tasks within the project you're planning. You can also keep up with the activity of the task within the project board, log comments, and update the timelines and due dates as needed. Being able to track where you are, as well as other team members, within the activity is also helpful (IE: Working on it, stuck, done, etc.). Linking documents within the task is also helpful to keep others connected to documents you're working with for the project. Overall, it helps to keep you organized and on task for the project at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of boards going at the time, be sure to properly name them and put them in the appropriate group. Too many groups could cause some confusion within the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving task tracking, project management, and daily time management. It helps to make sure tasks are getting done and in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively user friendly and you can create many different types of tools to streamline business processes better. I love the fact you can create multiple different types of board for an unlimited range of tasks. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not always possible to connect certain boards/folders with others to further automate/streamline processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep all information in one place. Streamlining HR data and processes. It has helped streamline the on/offboarding processes. Also very handy to create boards for specific tasks
