Monday is extremely efficient and very easy to use, Web and App
What do you like best about the product?
1. extremely easy to use, when creating a new task it is easy to describe the task, upload files and add notes on each, set priority, status, assign to users, follow task development and then move to relevant board
2. easy to add more task and move up or down in priority list of a board
3. the app is very userfriendly and efficient, replicate the features of the web version and very easy to use, i.e to add new ideas and then follow up from web.

What do you dislike about the product?
the text area to describe is not so quick to use, need to click end add an update
i would like to have more features (i.e. invision app) to simulate a journey when describing a task
i am not very clear about the notification (but that is just me)
the achived task are not easy to retrieve, if you delete a task you need to have an higher version (more expensive) to see past task deleted or achieved.
otherwise, not really easy to find something to dislike, the tool is extremely efficient and i regret i didnt use it before (was using trello)

i have an ongoing project where new requirements are appearing while improving the project.
with monday, i am able to add the new task to be developed and being able to see instantly where they sit, and evenutally move the priority

The GAANT chart is very helpful for our teams!

There are many features and functions that can get a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our teams understand all the tasks we have. It is very helpful to see from a bird's eye view all of our projects.

The amount of time it takes to become a Monday.com ninja; however, the time spend learning the platform is worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
My team is a products/services group within the educational industry and the nature of our work and tasks have changed dramatically every semester. This was exceedingly difficult and draining to do and keep up with quality assurance and follow-through.
But Monday's automated tools and setup allows us to have a much clearer picture of what's going on. In particular, it helped highlight that we are taking on more work than we are able to handle, indicating the need to reduce workload or hire more staff members.
Beyond that, it has been an excellent place for my team to show up each day and find the work they need to do without needing to have a meeting every time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having come from Jira, I was a bit sad that Monday.com didn't have a more robust Kanban board as I prefer being able to visualize swimlanes and drag cards along a UI.
But Monday's main feature of having workgroups and boards has dramatically helped us have a view on other aspects of our work that it has easily replaced the way we worked on Jira and made us more efficient.

Monday.com is helping track tasks and workstreams as well as organize protocols in an ever changing environment.

What I like most about Monday.com is that is the place where I can realize very easily not only the missing task but also the accomplished.
When you are working and managing around 30 people, Monday helps you to build clear guidelines to direct the team and make them be successful in accomplishing their own tasks.

I think is not exactly about Monday.com is more about related to the person or the group of people that is going to use it. Monday.com is a great tool, but like any other tool, the user needs to be clear about how they want to use the tool. If Monday.com can build a breach to make this process between the user and clarify any small details about how Monday.com can be not only an additional tool and turn to be the principal. it will became necessary for users and not only a plus.

Great software that helps to simplify work
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great software for our design team. It really helps to define our workflow. From assigning tasks to employees to scheduling follow-ups for clients. It integrates easily with Slack and with Google Drive. We use it everyday in for our work. It was easy to implement into our current workflow as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system can be cumbersome. However, you can easily edit what notifications you receive.

Monday helps to simplify our workflow. This makes it easier for us to complete projects, and check-in with clients.

Monday.com is an easy-to-use platform. When working with it, the platform is straightforward with how it is implemented, as well as how you can work with teams across the board.

I believe it would be a bit more beneficial to have a little bit more of a complex layout. Sometimes things can get lost in the current layout.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create Boards - Groups - and relevant Subtasks for individual clients, all housed under one roof, has been a game changer. My work with various clients and projects has never been more streamlined. Multiple Groups per Board allows me as the Project Manager to ensure attention is paid to the many moving parts of a project, and it offers reassurance to clients who can see my workflow in real time. It keeps all of us on deadline and is easy enough to use that deadlines can flutuate, collaborators can signal when they're stuck or struggling, Not only can I keep clients on deadline, but editing, adding, and seperating tasks is done quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen must be expanded to full view to make changes within the calendar without glitching.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations and the UI/UX offered by the platform help me get the most done in no time, their customer support is excellent, implementing is easy and I have integrated it with lots of our platforms. It's a tool I use everyday

Currently, there is nothing in particular that I dislike, only area of opportunity found is subitem automations
