Amazing work experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is having everything in one place, and managing to keep things organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about monday.com is the rare bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication, having everything in one place, working with more than one team simultaneously, and this benefits me since I'm working as a campaign manager, and I have to manage more than 10 campaigns weekly working with 4-5 different teams at the same time.
On Friday, we were sinking from overgrowth. On Monday.com, we're cruising to a record year
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automations allow an insane level of agility and time-saving work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing at first because there's so much going on. I had to have a friend show me what he uses it for before I realized how it would help my small team. Sometimes vague business jargon can confuse small businesses that don't even know what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Excel to track our clients and it was unable to keep up with the growth we we're experiencing. Monday allows us to keep better track of everything and have greater detail in simple presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best, is the ease of use of the tool. I track my daily business tasks as well as my personal once. I can follow short term and long term projects easily. At a glance see where do we stand.
The export to excel works wonderfully good.
I haven't exchanged with the customer support. Nor have I use and integration services; thus i cannot comment on these points.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't even know. I spent 5 min thinking and looking for something. Maybe add a customizable icon column? Even that I'm sure is feasable, I didn't dug enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that deletes the needs for daily meeting and useless catchup (in some ways).
It is also a fix for internal miss-communication - if tracked correctly, everyone has a quick snapshot of the project.

Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
When we started our business, we were looking for a project management tools that allow us to minimizize the time we spend for asign the task.
In terms of UX the platform is incredible. I have tried a lot platforms before I took my decision and, even today, i´ll stay with Monday.

What do you dislike about the product?
The users. For example I need only one user and the Monday doesn´t have the option for one user for for two, making the decision to upgrade very difficult for teams that are growing up slowly (2 people a year)

What do you like best about the product?
I think monday.com is a very complete product regarding both team and time management. It is great to be able to see what everyone is up to in a very ntuitive way, with lots of useful featurea and of course very cool automation capability! There are a couple glitches sometimes, but I feel like it keeps getting better and better and I can't imagine our team working without this tool!

A few glitches now and then but overall I am happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have a very clear view of what everyone is up to and how the different pieces connect. It also helps us understand where we spend our time. Another great thing is the fact that we can get requests from everyone on the team in a way that allows us to keep track of them.

Notifications - the amount that come in.

Bringing all channels onto one platform and work stream

I get notified with news from new updates or new task. All schedules my schedules are on point, data is very easy to use, manipulate, and intergrate in our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It reminds me that i have too much work left to do, but that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to seamlessly connect our data from different boards. We can concentrate on the important stuff while we can also monitor and cross-check some data on the other boards efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization is absolutely one of my favorite parts of Monday. There's so many different options available, that it's essentially guaranteed that there's a format that will work for everyone. The automations are definitely a lifesaver too!
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the biggest drawback is the severe automation limit for smaller subscriptions. Having only 250 automations a month for an entire organization when my board alone wants to use over 100 every month is frustrating. Totally understand the idea is to incentivize people to upgrade, but the fact that you go from 250 automations to 25,000 automations a month makes the lower level allotments feel a bit ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep everything I need to get done organized. I have small one-off to do items that pop up all the time that I would completely forget if not for Monday. It's also great for taking notes on any action items that come about during meetings. Or, for example, I join product release meetings every months in order to create new training materials for our Support team. Monday makes it easy to take notes on the new features we're adding, and I appreciate that I'm able to keep that information directly attached to the task item for creating the new documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the using the workflows and automations to optimize processes at The Pillars. We use it for every department and we use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations to automation recipes and the limitations on forms. We use the workforms very frequently at The Pillars and it would be propel us if the workforms had more customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us with inter-departmental collaboration. It has helped us with accountability adn staying on track with deadlines and assignments. It really has just helped our company become more orgaized and sustainable with growth
Great project management software, lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I knew Monday thanks to my current job, when I first tried it I was amazed by all the things you could do in it, project management became a lot easier and its really easy to use.
The features that I love the most are the programmed notifications against a schedule and dates, subitmes and mirror columns.
Also, its been an improvement and updating of Monday since the first day I used it that I really appreciate and value, we say at work that Monday is our bible.

I think there isnt anything I do not like about Monday, although it would be helpful to have the possibility on making custom columns on different pulses on the same board, I've been thinking about it.

First of all its been helping us make a link between our suppliers and us, we keep track of every interaction, every document,comment and doubt they have.
It helps me know that my coworkers are sharing all project information with our suppliers and it also helps me to easily get in touch with any of them at any time by using the mobile app.Every important file, date and schedule is at hand.
