I love that is so user friendly, easy to understand and help us keep our goals and rpojectos organized and keep communication fluent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored enought to say they dont have features that i need, i remember a time i wanted to use it for sales, but couldnt communicate with costumers (externally) so i wanted that but I'm not sure if the feature is available now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keeping track of different rprohjects, status of each one, pending tasks, compled tasks, and collaboration among team members

While Monday has been a tremendous asset, one improvement could be the ability to customize columns for different groups on a single board. This feature would enhance flexibility, allowing teams to tailor their workflow more precisely to different projects or departments. Overall, a fantastic tool with potential for even greater customization!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is incredible. Ability to track activity log and see who has seen or commented and tag people also awesome. Customizability great.

automations sometimes harder to understand

It helps us get proejcts in and track them through to completion, and then serves as a tracking system to find those said deliverables over time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the interface is great. I like the fact we get regular email updates too. I use Monday.com everyday and its been great for managing key projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt much in the way of implementation for new users (if it has already been deployed into the business). I think they could have done more on this front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would manage projects on a Trello board mixed with notes. This was very ineffcient and I would constantly miss stuff. - The "my work" feature has been a godsend with seeing what projects I need to complete ad where I am up to with everything.
Highly recommend for anyone managing projects and tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it is very easy to use. It integrats seamlessly with Slack and we use that on a regular basis for updates on projects. It is the first thing I check every morning when i get to work to see what my priority for the day should be. There are so many features and I know I still have much to learn on ways to simplify my tasks by utlilizing them. It is very easy to learn and new team members can implent it with little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it is a bit pricey; however would not want to even try to calculate the amount it save us in time and completing projects on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of getting assignments to our remote team and keeps everyone up-to-date on project status.
Functional & Fun to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com can do any automations you need. As I track deliveries, it sends me a reminder every 10 days to check on delivery status. It's so convenient and I love the colors!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many automations and things you can do to make monday.com work for you. My job is very complex, however, so making boards that work on a broad scale but also cater to specific scenarios can get tricky, but that is not a fault of monday.com! I also which you were able to "tab" over to the next box/column when entering things into a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having things move to different boards because of automations has made things much easier so that I do not have to constantly check things. I also love that you can have something similar to a spreadsheet, but it can also provide labels that tells you where each item is in a certain process.
User friendly communication tool.

Eleviating multiple communications on email. Everything is in one place.

This is a very user friendly program and I have no complaints.

Keeping track of start and completion dates as well as phases of projects.
Monday is a great tool to use in both Professional and Personal use.
What do you like best about the product?
Moving from one system to another, Monday made the integreation easy and quick. Monday helps to keep everything organized and connected to all board and groups. It is great to add items and categorize it all the way it is needed. Not only that, but the crowning tool is especially important when it comes to keeping things from getting lost or deleted. I use it extemely frequestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can hold many items, it does go a little slow sometimes. Not the biggest deal, but with every update, it improves!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all unorganization and benefits me in my everyday use of the platform. It ensures all items stay connected to all groups of people and is easily seen and read.
