monday.com's versatility has saved our company $1000's
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to use monday.com in place of other specific-use software, allowing us to keep things all in one place and connect them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, I think the view record options is the only thing we're noticing as a bit of hinderance, the row view can be a bit cumbersome and the item cards aren't as clean as we'd like, but once you get used to it the hinderance fades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a more streamlined Salesforce, and monday gave us that, along with easy customization for our particular needs.
We needed a support ticketing system, but only for a few tickets a week, we could customize monday to work for us without having to pay for support software.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has revolutionized our work management in ways we could have never imagined. Let's start with Monday.com's user interface, which was one of the things that drew us into the software in the first place. Implementation to fit our needs and workload was easy to integrate. Molding monday.com to fit our needs has been far better than any competitor we have tried. That wide variety of features has helped streamline our process for keeping our team on task and organized. Our company has expanded and grown in ways we couldn't have imagined, so we have software like Monday.com to meet the challenges we now face as a growing company that has far exceeded our expectations of what this software could offer in the long run. We see a future with monday.com and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
All our dislikes have been fixed, and we have been with Monday.com. The amount of information we imputed into monday.com slowed the software down. Monday.com fixed the issue when they overhauled their backend and have had no problem since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has brought our entire work management into on centeralized place.

Keeping projects, ideas, tasks organized. It serves to catch my best ideas and track how i move closer to achieving them.
monday.com is a brilliantly flexible business management utility
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build boards to any structure makes monday.com a really powerful tool. You can use it for managing projects of various different types since you can just change the fields based on what's required. You can also use it for managing other things like sales and pipelines. I personally made a pipeline board which tracks projects from lead to the invoice being paid. It was really easy to add a dashboard to help summarise progress and project cashflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility can sometimes be the products downfall. It can be difficult to pull information together from different boards into one place as they can each have their own structure. monday.com does well to try and counteract this but it isn't perfect. It would be nice for instance to get better reporting around the time tracking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows us to do a lot of tasks within just one piece of software. Whilst it won't work for everyone it is possible to define a good process entirely suited to the problem you're trying to solve.

It has a specific workspace for me to see all my projects grouped by Active, Past and Cancelled. It is really helpful.

I forget there are filters set sometimes and it's hard to find projects

What do you like best about the product?
This has so many options and integration platforms. I LOVE Monday. I use this EVERYDAY. I have used many CRM programs, and it is by far the one that allows the most options for different styles of organizations for teams, individuals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing other than I wish I had more time to watch the educational videos to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets our team easily see how each other is doing and WHAT they are doing. It saves us alot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes my workload can seem overwhelming and monday.com gives me peace of mind. I love that it's the ulimate to do list and I can filter for my "today" list. This way I'm not stressed out by the big picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do not like.

Our service tasks no longer fall through the cracks and our clients are much happier. We also have the ability to go back and review tasks if need be and they do not bog down our to do list.

The most helpful thing about Monday.com is how everything is all in one place. I can easily find documents, or information i need while working in the insurance world.

I cannot find anything that I really dislike about Monday.com

Everything is always in one place. As an insurance agent, this is crucial. We always need specific documents for specific scenarios. With Monday.com - We are able to generate, and obtain these type of docuemnts with ease. Before Monday.com, we had a very outdated UI, and most of the time we to godigging in our computer files to find what we needed.
