Monday.com is fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com because it's amazing at organizing the incredible amount of work my project teams do. We run complex projects with frequent deliverables, and Monday.com allows us to accomplish everything we need to do to prepare, review, communicate about, link to, and see the overall scope of the work we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com doesn't necessarily provide the PPM software solution that my business is looking for; however, the PPM solution we've selected will integrate nicely with Monday.com so we are good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of being able to organize a vast amount of work. We have over 30 project teams with overlapping team members, all of which collaborating on Monday.com to accomplish the work they have to do. This would not be possible without a snappy solution like Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
The most thing that I loved on monday is the way that we can colaborate with others teams in our company, working on a sprint model.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could have more dashboards, and be able to integrate with all ITSM market tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we can have a good colaborations with ours team, so we can solve and have a rapid answer when solving problems.

So flexible and interconnected! We've linked it to so many systems to keep everything on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of my team doesn't want to use it for everything. We've still got some holdouts.

Endless shareable to-do lists and record keeping abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday are the endless uses. We use Monday throughoutout our organization in different departments and each has their own unique use for the application that Monday is able to satisfy. The communication and organization we have been able to achieve is night and day from a year ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many downsides. The only things that would need to be corrected are minor add ons to features already in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has solved our lack of communication and accountibility interdepartmentally. We relied heavy on word of mouth and "paper trails" prior to being fully emersed in Monday. We are now extremely efficient in our processes which translates to money saved.

It is customizable and easy to use for whatever your needs are. Easy to implement new members and integrate new leads/contacts/deals.

Learning curve of it being so user friendly!

The ease of having everything visable and easliy moved around is great.

it is not integradable into our POS system.

They solve a problem of having to email every bit of information to multiple people.

Ease of communicating with team members. monday.com ensures all relevant team members get the same information.

Sometime get overwhelmed with the amount of notifications

The communication of the workflow / process to all levels of the organization that need the information is now seemless. We simply post any issues, progress, etc to the monday.com board and all relevant people have instant access to the information

Every Intergrator's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps every member of our team in the loop no matter if working from home or at the office. The automation and notifications make this the perfect system for us. We now use it daily and across multiple arms of our company. Every process and department now has its own Monday process. It's the perfect platform to use every day all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not think of anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! Going from text threads to email threads to Social Media group chats we could never keep our conversations about a topic in one place. Now everything goes in Monday and everyone knows where to go for answers. The app makes it easy to update or look up any project no matter where we are.
