10/10 Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com allows my team to manage several projects at once. The platform is very intuitive & allows me to collaborate better with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The platform has been great to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com, we project managed everything through email so things got lost & we couldn't easily see where in the process a project was at. Now we can manage around 15 larger intiatives & the all the projects that need to be completed within them. I especially love that you can assign a project to someone, update the status & add any links so you can easily navigate to other places outside of Monday.com.
After 15 years in Project Management, this is the tool that works beautifully

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes the little things get overlooked (eg. inability to reorder views)
- No way to update columns through automation using connected items
- When linking to a pulse, the link preview just says monday.com instead of the item title for clarity and context

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Organising our incoming client tickets and bug reports
- Creating online documents (we replaced Notion with this)

The versatility and user-friendly interface of Monday.com stand out as its best features, allowing for seamless project management and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure might be a bit high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowes us to overcome some challenges by providing a centralized platform for team collaboration, task tracking, and workflow management. It has benefites us with Streamlined Communication, Enhanced Organization, Improved Collaboration, Increased Efficiency and Clearer Accountability.

Sometimes Monday has so many features that is is hard to direct collaborators to the correct area.

Automations can be laggy but doesn't really cause a problem.

Amazing Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com updates in real time and is an amazing tool for project management across numerous teams. There are loads of automations to help streamline workflow including automated emails and other integration capabilities. My team is able to chat about each project task within the project board, making it easier to keep track of updates. Status columns are a great way to see where you're at in a project and we LOVE the real time updated gannt chart feature. Monday docs are a daily use for us, we house project notes and its great that you can chat within the notes and tag co workers. Monday.com has the capability to link documents from SharePoint which is a great tool to keep everything a click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides to Monday that I've noticed, and any issues I've had are quickly resolved by customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is slowly solving the volume of emails back and forth on projects which make it confusing and easy to lose track. It's also solving my reporting to stakeholders, as we have our boards roll up to KPI dashboards.
Simple to start and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple is to start a new board and create a structure. Also the features are complex but the UI helps a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features looks are not conected right, like I can have liked cards but is very manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize the comunication and decisions we did in the firm, also have everyone in one place to see the work.

It's easy to make the platform look like the way you want, it adapts to your style of organization

The learning curve it's not too intuitive
