Brilliant product an easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
great product and very easy to use. I love different tabs that I can clink to see more info on our patient. It;s a all in one package.
What do you dislike about the product?
scrolling around the coukd be difficult at a time due to background colour hiding scroll bar or tab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of patient's information in order to asit them better. Aswell as make it avilable for all within the same network. This come handy when a consutant may be absense and other come in to help.
Monday.com Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com allows me to organize my work schedule by day, week, and month. It makes it easier to keep track of what tasks to do and for what department they are for. It did not take me long to understand and integrate it into my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday.com so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize which tasks to prioritize. It helps me see how long each task takes me so that I can better allocate my time.

Fun, beautiful, the automation functionalities are amazing. I'm in love. The NGO pricing is very much appreciated.

Automation functionalities are not at full potential yet (some columns can't be automated)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is much more accessible than Zapier. We also use it for repositories and project management

I find it expensive and it's constantly trying to make you spend more and more money before it let's you use it's capabilities

Monday is really useful for keeping conversations about projects organized and for easily deciding what to focus my attention on during the week.
Quick and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful feautures of monday have been how easy it is to assign staff to clients. Its a great way to stay up to date with clients cases. If a client calls and asks for an update on their case we can easily look up clients case by name or case type and view case update. Also, its very easy to create new client tabs and keep updated. We use Monday on a daily basis for mail out and when working on our cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I have nothing negative to say about monday. I like how everything is easy to access. We do use Monday everyday in office. It has helped us maintain control of our daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has solved our work flow. We can easily manage our case status. We have updates on what cases are waiting to be worked on or are currently being worked on.
Monday.com is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The program is like MS Excel's superhero brother. Boards are easy to set up and add automations to keep teams organized and on-track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything to dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has assisted me in organizing our Executive Team including tracking proposals, contracts, OKR's, etc. My current project involves a team of 29 people from various locations and companies to work together and stay current on a major project.
Monday.com is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows our teams to collaborate in real time on numerous different projects, surveys, etc. It allows us to use features such as file storage, and embed documents, and the reporting is excellent along with excellent customer support. The platform is so easy to use and was picked up by our team quickly, the usage has grown amongst our team as they realized the benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is unusual, you don't pay for individual users but blocks of seats, say we had 55 users, then we would need to pay for 60 users. The difference in plans is huge too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned it allows us to liaise in real time on projects so we can get instant feedback on all manner of projects from event planning to artwork approval.
Great process oriented system for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement action items. This provides transparency for the whole time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing bad to say about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solved our workflow issues by being able to assign people to certain tasks & showing what work has been done already. It is benefiting my company by keeping us efficient with tasks that are urgent.

Ease of Use, functionality, clean UI with minimal clutter, and excellent trackability.

To this point, nothing, it does its job and does it very well.

Allow simple, easy-to-use tracking and logging of my work.
MONDAY is the key to job progress and daily organization
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like the ability to track all my work on a daily basis and communicate clearly with my coworkers in a manner that prioritizes and tracks all the communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is some of the features could be elevated and structered more to the detailed use of the business. However Monday has the flexibility to overcome any hurdles and allows the creativity and usefulness for the specific business.

Tracks progress of all applications and allows the traceablity that is needed in a fast paced environment.
