Monday - Making My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I've been through quite a bit this year and had to be out of the office unexpectedly several times throughout 2023. In those times, my team was able to easily pick up my clients without a major download of projects from me. Nothing was missed and my clients knew nothing was out of the ordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I don't like about Monday.com. Sometimes there are timing lags, but nothing compared to some of the other systems that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, each manager had their own ways of tracking projects and we all had to use multiple spreadsheets. If we were going to be out of the office, we had to manually prepare handover documents to make sure that everything was covered. If you forgot something, it was forgotten. With Monday, everything is in one place and as long as the individual user is making the appropriate updates, nothing is dropped and we no longer need the extra spreadsheets and the handover is ridiculously easy.
Essential for staying on top of our properties!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com every day for the real estate industry to keep track of potential clients, current properties listed for sale and properties that have gone under contract. It is easy to set up and a colorful way to keep you engaged. We love the confetti when a task is marked complete!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is when you have multiple dates in a column for a single line item (project) it doesn't integrate nicely on a calendar. For example, we have one board that shows all our properties. Each property is a line item with multiple columns. Within those multiple columns, we have various tasks, including multiple dates that we need to keep track of for that particular item (property), such as deposit due date, attorney review deadline, closing date, etc. It would be nice to have each column title (Deposit Due Date) and line item (Property Name) populate to a calendar that can sync to Outlook. That's the only thing we find missing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it is serving as our CRM and workflow for each property.

What do you like best about the product?
The Versatility. I use Monday for both job tracking and my day-to-day work. As well as Tenant and anomaly tracking as a landlord.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to pay for only 1 chair as I'm the only one I need for my Landlord use

Keeping track of project updates. Also tracking my certificates and Tenants.
A robust tool for project planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is efficient and versatile data planning tool. Its a great tool to help my small team stay on track with projects, events, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many that I have found- it works as described.

Monday creates a great visual tool for my team to all be up to speed on details of projects. Timelines, due dates, and doc info are all easily available.

It's easy to use, very straight-forward and provides fantastic reporting and tracking dashboards for revenue and project management

Some basic features are locked behind a paywall or 3rd party apps.

Nothing dislike me because i find it very helpful and esay to use.

It remind me deadlines for diffrent steps in a project and helps to achieve the goal in a very efficient way.
A Tool to Help Me Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
At its base Monday allows me to stay organized with my tasks and allows me to collaberate with my coworkers to have greater visibility and owenership of what we are trying to accomplish. I also usually focus on productivity but Im also enjoy the asetitics of Monday and how it presents its information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main workspace is a bit difficult to navigate if you are working with several Monday boards. I have been able to resolve this by utilizing the favorites tab and sticking solely in that tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows my team and I to collaborate on several projects across the sales department while giving us visibility and accountability. I also have been using the boards with my staff to conduct reviews and bring stay on top of topics. The platform has allowed me to stay organized and keep visibility on key projects.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is how easy it is to visualize and organize complex projects. The customizable boards, color-coded statuses, and automations make tracking progress feel effortless. I also really appreciate the flexibility—whether you want a simple to-do list or a full project timeline with dependencies, you can build it your way. The integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Outlook are also super helpful for keeping everything in sync.
Personally, it’s helped me stay on top of multiple campaigns at once, and I love being able to see everything at a glance without jumping between tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is powerful, some features feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There’s a learning curve when setting up more complex automations or dashboards. Also, certain advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which might limit smaller teams. It would be great to see more tutorials or tooltips built into the platform to help users get the most out of it faster.

In Marketing Strategy and Automation, tracking all projects and steps is crucial. Monday.com has been incredibly helpful with Gantt charts, allowing us to monitor team tasks and efforts throughout the year, giving us an overview of entire projects, including dependencies, timelines, and task ownership. It’s helped me spend less time chasing updates and more time actually doing the work. I feel more in control of my workload, and it’s made team collaboration smoother and more transparent.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com provides a variety of automation options, I find the 'create your own' automation feature somewhat limited and less intuitive than I would prefer. It lacks some of the options available in the standard automation selections, which can be restrictive. Additionally, the interface for generating graphs is not as user-friendly as it could be, often requiring considerable trial and error to display the desired data accurately. Moreover, I find it limiting that columns must appear in every group on the same board, as some columns are only relevant for specific groups. This can lead to an unnecessarily complicated table structure.
