A very useful and well rounded management app used by the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and implementation to the whole company.
There a lots of integrations which helps us centralise our company and mitigate fragmentation

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting and linking boards in the form of graphs/charts are challenging, not intuitive, and buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com, along with the many integrations with our tech stack is allowing our business to work more effectively and in a less siloed manner, meaning less fragmentation between departments and a unified company.
Great Product for the Tech Saavy, support lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I love the monday product, i love the collaboration, the ease to learn use and teach the product and organize our teams! we could not keep our deliverables or track our workflow without monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
the customer support is hard to work with due to time differences, when bugs are found they are not prioritized, and the native integrations are buggy and lacking to the point we had to build our own integration instead of using a native integration to make it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our cross collaboration, project planning, ease of sharing customer updates in one place for all projects.
Versatile project management tool that has streamlined our team's workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly and is very customizable to different workflows. Real time collaboration makes it easier for file sharing, commenting and tracking within one platform. Also the accessibility on different devices makes it easier to access and do things quickly. Its really easy to integrate and duplicate projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is relatively high. Probably giving discount for 1 year would make it easier for startups. Gantt chart not available in free. Also require dependency on internet. Probably good if we have some feature in paid mode to make changes offline and update it once its online. New users can be overwhelmed with notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate and collaborate with my team effectively in one place instead of using skype, email etc. It has good project visiblity which is really helping me keep up with deadlines. Overall team productivity has picked up since we used. Really good for testing.

Learning some of the current UI and how to navigate certain items--still challenging sometimes

For me, just managing items better, the UI sometimes make it difficult for me to navigate and communicate across my team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of tasks by deadlines that I can assign to my work tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the calendar appears on the computer sometimes moves or disappears.

In order to organize the dates for task completion and delivery at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation resources where you can plug important dates and it will populate to what is due that week. I am an HR Director and this helped me with staff appreciation dates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is glitchy. I had an issue for a while where the automations said they were on but weren't working. Another admin no longer on staff had set the board up for me so it would not let me adjust the settings and I ended up having to create another board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped me streamline staff appreciation dates to help keep track of important dates to celebrate- this helps us be a better employer!

Easy access to needed information, nicely organized, great for large group communicaton for specific topics

I haven't come across any issues yet. All of the features that we use in our organization have been great.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential downside of using Monday.com is the limitation in easily creating boards for repetitive tasks, which may require manual setup instead of automated recurrence. As a result, some users may resort to using external tools like Outlook calendar for managing repetitive events.

Monday.com helps us solve key business problems by providing a versatile platform for project management, workflow management, and form intake.
Customizable experience with constant improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Monday is consistent with new feature releases. They stay up to date with current market trends and focus on continually improving the end user's experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints are a few specific nitty gritty feature limitations for example, not having the ability to have different column types within groups on a board. But I have no larger scale complaints.
