What do you like best about the product?
monday helps you orgainze and share your projects with many colleagues and allows you to customize each project to it's individual needs. You can import and export information.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can import but it has mapping issues. Being able to import data easier or simply copy and paste data in multiple cells at a time like excel would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very helpful as it keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. My job has many tasks and subtasks that rely on each other, which makes me and my colleagues rely on one another as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application is a bit different than the desktop version. It takes a bit to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing me the workflow and who I should contact for the next stage. This keeps me on track and also informs my colleagues of their workload in enough time.
I utilize Monday to organize any upcoming event items that to be completed.
What do you like best about the product?
the different boards we can create, tasks, subtasks, and the option to link any major documents needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of right now, i do not have any dislikes. Still fairly new to the site and am navigating through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization has been a huge issue within our organization and keeping everything in one place. Monday has allowed us to create different boards for major projects.
Great app repository for data organization and visual analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to understand UI and navigable design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additive or complementary features are completely blocked by an upgrade wall. It would be better to have limited or minimal access rather than a trial version, otherwise it feels like nickel and diming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our workflow focused, organized, and tidy. The integration with Slack is a plus.
Monday.com streamlined the way our business functions
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my company has a clear way to view active jobs and their priority. I used to have to list out my jobs for the day and try to order them from most to least important as far as turn-around. Now, Monday clearly shows my workload and what needs to be taken care of first. Totally a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actually have any downsides. Our company has utilized all features and it is very clear and concise. All of our various programs before have all been moved to Monday.com. It took a little training to learn, but it was well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our different platforms are no longer needed. We moved everything to Monday and it has streamlined all of our processes. We are able to communicate efficiently through simple job status changes and communicate on each specific job quickly, keeping everyone in the loop.
One of best projects managementsoftware in the market
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small manufacturing company that has been using MONDAY for the last 2 years. I can't say enough about how this system is helping us grow and keep us on time with deliverables. It is very easy to use and it also provides transparency, which sufficiently increases our productivity as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, I would recommend a better method of uploading shared file storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly keeping us on time with delivery and progress of each project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way tasks are viewed, the integrations with API'S, incredible tools like time tracking, synchronization with GMAIL among thousands of other useful tools

The search option could be more objective, where it searches for that word in all frames, regardless of whether it is in an element or comment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of organizations in design, at least for me. It is possible to integrate all areas and tasks of each team, where we can monitor SLA's, updates and delivery agreements.
Monday is an excellent service for team-building and monitoring tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday every day of the work week in the office (a typical 9-5 schedule); the integration alone and the capabilities to synchronize with other programs are extremely efficient. Implementing it into our workflow took no time at all. It makes monitoring and completing tasks far easier than anything else we've worked with, and technical issues are slim to none with how responsive support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The few downsides worth mentioning are that there are not as many customization options for colors/themes/etc. This can play a large part in organizational standards, as when you're on something like Monday every day like we are, something as simple as a category being a different color can save a huge amount of trouble. Implementation of a color wheel or option to select by hex values would be a great start.

As a Purchasing Manager, Monday is helping keep track of orders and timelines that are essential to figuring out when orders should be followed up and what has yet to be fulfilled. It gives a level of organization that is second to none and is almost essential for monitoring various projects and tasks that keep the work flow going.

There is a learning curve, particularly when exploring more advanced features, which requires an initial investment in understanding the platform. While the mobile app is functional, it doesn't fully replicate the desktop experience, leading to occasional limitations when working on the go. Integration with specific software can pose challenges, demanding additional effort to ensure a seamless workflow.

Monday.com is great for productivity and sharing work with teams. It's so easy to use and our teams use it everyday

Monday.com has so many updates that it can be hard to keep track of them all

Monday.com is great for being able to use internal forms. Before, our teams just relied on emails to share work and track issues, but now we have boards that are so organized.
