I've tried several workflow apps in the past, but Monday.com stands out as a game-changer. The simplicity and effectiveness of this tool have truly impressed me.
The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for me to create and manage my boards effortlessly. The customization options are extensive, allowing me to tailor each board to fit my specific needs. Whether you're managing a personal project or coordinating with a team, the flexibility of Monday.com adapts to my unique requirements.
One standout feature is the real-time collaboration. Working with a team has never been smoother – updates are instantaneous, and everyone stays on the same page. What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes laggy in the browser when there are a lot of cards, but I use the dektop app to solve this issue where its fast irrespectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kanban project management, collaboration between teams and workflow management.

Empty list it have nothing bad to say. Monday is always improving the product.

It’s simple, powerful organization—once users get over the initial overwhelm. The real trick isn’t teaching them the main board view; it’s designing smart workflows that branch off from it. The main board can get bulky, especially when you’re using columns and statuses to fuel automations, like I do.
Monday best tool for project / task management
What do you like best about the product?
Track projects / tasks, brings the entire project team on the same page and increase productity, easy to use, easy intergration with other Monday boards to follow up and track the project status.

None so far, very happy to use this tool.

Cloud-based project management tool which helps our team to track projects work and automate our workflows , notifications and manage their projects, tasks and resources in one place.
Fantastic project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really value the automations embedded within Monday.com, allowing you to make updating project progress far more efficient. Once I update the status of a project, the automations I have set up send it immediately to another group/board dependent on the type of action required. 'Last updated' columns are automatically updated to notifications of the progress can be made directly via email to a colleague via these automations. This is a short sample of the long-list of functionalities possible with Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of occasions I wished to use Monday.com to record and update financial information, but the functionbalities are far more suited to project management and qualitative updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondya.com has vastly improved the efficiency of our previous spreadsheet-based database, eradticating the need for manual data entry in a number of instances due to the automations in place which react to a particular action by the user.

The collaborative features of monday.com are a game-changer. Real-time updates, comments, and file sharing streamline communication within the team. This has significantly improved our transparency and accountability, leading to smoother project execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although monday.com has a mobile app, some users have reported limitations in functionality compared to the desktop version. Certain features may be more challenging to use or may not be available on the mobile app.

The Gantt charts, timelines, and dependencies provide a comprehensive view of project progress. It's an invaluable asset for keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Great Product for every day of the week
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of tasks and having a place to share everyone's tasks and workload. I like the ability to update the states of a task and send work for review without the use of messaging.

What do you dislike about the product?
The social calendar isn't as effective as it could be. There is no facility to link posts to the plots on the calendar and all plots are the same colour; different colours would help for a quick overview of what's to come.
Also, the spaces are very small, only big enough for a few letters.

Monday solves the issue of not knowing where people are up to on their different tasks and having to chase. It also allows us to share materials on one task rather than contact everyone via messaging apps to chase for their assets.

The interface is user-friendly, and the visual representation of tasks through color-coded boards makes tracking project progress a breeze. The customization options are fantastic, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific needs, whether it's for marketing campaigns or software development sprints.

The sheer number of features and customization options is a bit overwhelming, which leads to underutilization of the platform's capabilities or confusion in setting up workflows.

Monday.com platform aids in organizing, automating, and streamlining the various facets of analytical work, leading to enhanced efficiency, better collaboration, and more informed decision-making.
My favourite PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The super easy UI is great. It means you can get the whole team on board without any real training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just so expensive. We're a small business paying around £320 a month and this isn't affordable, sadly we're having to move away from Monday.com next year because of this. It's such a great tool but not good for small businesses purely due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it internally and externally. Externally, we use it as a retainer board to flag issues to our development team who correspond with us over the ticket. This was previously on email which led to multiple tickets of the same issue being raised and us never having a clear picture of exactly what was being worked on. We also use it internally to manage all our projects so we can see calendar clashes / resourcing issues etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday keeps us organized within the organization and helps us stay on top of tasks, both individual and collaborative. I use it daily for task lists, CRM, marketing plans and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring boards to a different account between servers with different origin (US/EU) is not possible in an easy way. It will be a tedious task to export and import all boards as Excel or.csv files.

Easy overview of the status of tasks across the organization, even when working together remotely.
