What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the team that I have been involed with have been very easy to talk to especially as I am new to this system and I am supporting a team that are recruiters and I am not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind straight away but If I have to name one area that would be helpful is a user guide on Asknceley on how to best use the results that come in and how to review the coments/testimaonials in one area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asknicey is supporting us to ultimaley help us put togetr our service charter/monments that matter
Monday is an Exceptional Team Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to develop out projects and add individual tasks to accomplish, along with dates and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about this critical and essential tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday enables me to work on both individual and group projects and tasks, managing them efficiently and effectively.

Very simple to set up and allow access permissions.
It is user friendly to set up as a CRM, trending and contact log.

What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas can be a little tricky.
Integrations can work, but sometimes need a bit of a bodge - creating a button to send a text I had to set another box to increase a number by one. this can then tricker a 'change' integration that will send the sms.
It would be good to link the comments boxes when mirror linking.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful and clear platform.

Monday.com as a CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely versatile tool that can easily be tailored to meet your requirements. Our requirements were fairly bespoke, but the Monday.com team were a great help in creating the platform and giving us tips and hints, whilst letting us build it so we gained a detailed understanding of how it worked for future tweaks. Plust the price points are extremely competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up team were fantastic, but our account holder is regularly not available.
Backing up the data is also a concern.
Intregration from our excel database into Monday was longwinded.

Work managment - fully transferred over our work managment excel sheets into monday and its provided better reliability and accessability
Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, has a number of great features, and can track almost anything, ensuring great time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get slow sometimes which can affect what I am doing at that moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves multiple problems, but I think the main problem it has solved for me is time management. Having one place to track time management for all my projects has help me be more accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very easy to use/navigate and is organised. The reminder emails are a great way of remembering to action tasks. Customization - we can customise our boards, columns and widgets to match our workflows and project requirements, this is great. monday.com is accessible on various devises too (mobiles etc) and this is good as it allows everyone to stay connected and updated on tasks and actions

The high level of customization is sometimes too much and can get complex

User friendly with a beautiful outlay
What do you like best about the product?
Its is costumisable in so many different ways, but not too complex. Easy and fast to get started with saving leads, and compatible with CSR imports etc, so it can quickly link with other CSR or previously used CSR systems. I use monday all working days. I wont need another system than monday. Reached out to costumer service once and the response was quick and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has been difficult yet. Nothing i can remember has been a bad or not optimal experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manageable platform for my multiple hundres of leads. Easy to sort and range after location, point of contact, project status etc.
Great system but always useful to get a demo to show how best to set up initially

I love how easy it is to group projects and create tickets broken down into sections
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see different section header columns compared to the sub level columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very odd but for some reason, when I write a comment in Monday.com, it takes 10 seconds to show the text. I have to write in a blank email then copy and paste. This method is quicker. I clear my browser cache everyday but it's not helping.

Monday.com solves the problem where tasks and sprints are seperated. they can be linked across board seamlessly and duplicating is also handy
