Amazing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ability for our team to customise the platform to suit our needs has been invaluable. We utilise Monday every day, and throughout our entire organisation from mundane tasks all the way to critical pathways
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. There are a few integrations here and there that are missing but the core platform is rock solid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves several issues in our business from a projects standpoint. Management, review and task delegation can be hue undertakings but Monday makes this quite easy for us to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is a live and shared platform that means you can rest assure that the team is all looking at the latest version of the day and any requirements that that day has.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Monday, once it has been integrated with as many of your day to day work systems you have just one place to visit and to work from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that we can have a live database and contacts list and can now track where we are up to with that client - we know from one look if the client is a lead, a customer or a returning customer which is very advantageous as it means you do not have to scrabble around to find out the history.
I really like the way that Monday.com allows me to have all of my works stored in one place.

I can not say that I have a particular dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization
Great User Interface but I'm not a huge fan of GraphQL
What do you like best about the product?
All of the things that you can do from the user interface. It's great for someone who just wants to point and click to manage things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of GraphQL APIs. They're efficient, but it makes it difficult to work with other apps that use JSON for automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project management.
Intuitive, Efficient, and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I found most helpful is the ability breakout and differientate many different tasks while allowing it all to live in one ecosystem. Additonally, it offers a plethora of features while being very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is just too much you can do with the platform which can be dauting at first but as you grow accustomed to the platform, this con begins to dwindle in severity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create a timeline that holds all of those responsible for the actions that need to be done within a desired timeframe. As a result, it is directly benefitting me since it is leading to more productivity within my team while embracing a collaborative environment.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is the automation, integration and ease of implementation. These things together make life so much easier when considering your day to day work flow. You can set your tasks to work for you as you work on something else. I have only tipped the edge of it as I have been using Mondays for about a year. I have learned so much thus far and there is still so much that I can learn. I love using this platform. I would recommend Monday.com to anyone looking for a way to simpify the many demands you may have during a days work. Monday.com definately makes it possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Monday.com. Thus far, I have been able to find everything I am looking for and easily implement it. There is nothing Monday.com can't do, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondays is helping me acheive more completed work in less time. I am able to categorize with the push of a button.

The user interface being like a social media is handy, and being cloud based the app can be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When updates are implimented, it can sometimes break certain funtionality.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent project management tool with a good interface. It is relatively easy to use, and it excels at visualizing tasks and timelines, making collaboration seamless. The customizable boards and automation features have become indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be heavy, and if you're not tech-native, you'll need someone to explain it to you in detail. Navigating through some features might feel uneasy initially, and as it is collaborative, it could be easy to delete an item, so if you delete something, it could be hard to find it again or undo it.However, once you get used to it, the benefits outweigh everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to store students information in one place and use that information to send communications when necessary using that information. It is easy to track students status in one place.

Tbh there are no elements that I dislike in monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tool is solving issues related to data management, and tracking progress of each project from small size to large ones
Easy, effective and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it incentizes colleagues to stay on top of deadlines by using dates and color schemes to let others know how much time they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using in long enough to say I dislike anything in particular but if I could change anything it would be viewing the documents, I'd like for there to be a better magnifying options.

Monday.com is benefiting our compnay by keeping us organized and assisting us to keep track of our high priority documents.
