Being able to create tasks and mark things off/set reminders

Sometimes the email push settings can be a bit rigid/difficult to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to integrate my team's projects all into one place. I also, love being able to link boards together & ultiimately cretate pathways that link cross-functional teams in an effective manner. Not only that, but Monday on my tablet and on my phone make it nice to be able to respond quickly while on the go and to also see my projects and conversations all in real time, Working remote, Monday has taken the best of our fave PM tools (Trello, Advanced Excel, etc) and put them all into product and It makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately Monday has been glitching a little on me, and I have found better success using Monday in a browser than in the app on my MacBook. I haven't figured out if it's the system update on my Mac that is not fully compatible w/the app, or maybe a memory issue. I am running my own testing so I don't want to leave a negative review until I figure that out. Ultimately, I can get everything done in the browser version and am happy and don't care about not using the App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently Monday is solving a workflow problem, as well as communication issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use, keeps my work very organized, and looks great doing it! The user experience is everything. I have used other work management apps like Jira and Asana - but they just don't compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike; one thing I would improve would be the flow from clicking on projects in the "my work" window to the project board. I wish it would show me exactly where the drop-down task was, so I didn't have to click through the tasks and subtasks to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easier than any other task management app to find exactly what I need to work on, see when it's due, update progress, communicate with my team, and submit assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has continuously improved their product, their software development and product strategy teams must work around the clock on adding new features. Rarely do you purchase a software subscription that remains relevant over the years, yet alone stay ahead of the curve by innovating and adding to their product. Our clients, our freelancers, and even our suppliers are all active on our Monday.com account to create a smooth flowing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a dedicated 1 on 1 with one of their product reps to help optimize the way you're using Monday.com, and to ensure you are fulling optimizing it's capabilities and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new features that allow more third parties to be involved in our internal workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is fully customizable . It is quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Products such as DEV ot Sales CRM has a quite a few issues..For example in sales CRM you can't match accounts with contacts when you import your won file into Monday.com.
My client was furious about it , casue i was sure that is possible..i know there is some automations that should cover it , but i doesn't. Not full at least..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it can be centralized in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is. There's basically no learning curve - you can just jump in and start using it, learning and modifying as you go. It really helps me juggle a multitude of tasks across a bunch of different teams, with minimal, streamlined effort on the project management end. I also love the fun touches like confetti when you complete a task!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of a single thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com streamlines all my work (and my team's work) so everything is in one place, and I can get both a big-picture view and a granular one. We went from manually updating spreadsheets of tasks and trying to track comments there...to Monday...and it has been SUCH an improvement in terms of communication, efficiency, visibility - just everything.

Great project management software!

What do you like best about the product?
I use several different boards to onboard my clients, keep track of renewals, email clients, linked forms to my website. It just does so much! Price point for a year of Monday can equal one month of industry specific software.

I use Monday every day. The fact that it can be used desktop and mobile has saved me from many an embarassing moment.

I have used customer service only once and I it was such a fast turn around time and with several follow ups that really set a high bar for company standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy to use. You can find lots of tutorials for use, but there is a learning curve. Though what software doesn't have that.

The ease of integration along with implementation amongst all team members has been a lot easier since everyone is on the same page. Gone are the post it notes and pages of follow up notes. Everyone knows where everything is an how to get to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solved the missing pieces. It also automated all the redundant emails and also collected all the information that was required from our partners. This stopped all the going back and forth to collect information. Saving us time and money.

What I like the most is the organization it provides to both me and the entire team.

Automations can be a bit challenging to implement or can add to my workload.

It helps us have better processes, without Monday, we wouldn't have a formal internal structure for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations. You can customize as much as you want, and make some pretty intricate automations that keep everyone involved and aware of what's going on. (Also how coloful the UI is)
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using monday, there were a few features missing, but I posted to the discussion board and since then they've been implemented. Nothing comes to mind!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep track of all our client requests and their progress through processes like onboarding, account review, and any updates they need.
