Easy and fast organization for collaborative projects.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is being able to generate to-do lists and thus organize a single task that requires multiple steps, as well as the option of subtasks and tagging the people who need to see the progress of the step or be notified when the task has been completed. I love that it is linked to Slack.I like that they have added reactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I misplace items, and it's challenging for me to find them again, but it has been happening less frequently over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me maintain order, organize my tasks by day, week, and month. It's very useful for keeping a record of what has been done before and thus identifying the time and manner in which any activity was carried out, accessible, easy, and fast.
Streamlining Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I love that you can organize and communicate prjects in real time. The notifications keep everyone up to date and in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server runs a bit slowly, but it's not usually a large issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of lagged response time and missed updates are no longer. This system genuinely streamlines our process in a productive and useful way.
Monday.com has helped me with a lot of things at work
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. It is accessible. You can use it on both your desktop/laptop and your mobile phone to check if you have any tasks on your boards. You can easily edit the details and add new boards. It also shows the notification and you can edit it depending on your preference. I frequently use Monday.com on any of my tasks and it has been beneficial throughout. Customer Support is also easy to access and they do respond quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, everything has been good. I do not see anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving my problem of getting the details of each project or task with my colleague and if they are not available at the same time to chat I won't be able to get the details. With monday.com they allow us to get in touch with each other being flexible and whenever one is available, you can share the details right away and no need to wait for a long time for an update.
The Best CRM I´ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I am a customer service specialist at a funeral home, and I have been using Monday.com CRM to capture and follow up with customer leads for over a year now. I have been extremely impressed with the CRM, especially with the automations and the way that I can customize it to fit our specific needs.
One of the things I love most about the CRM is how easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to start using the CRM without any training. I also appreciate the fact that it is constantly being updated with new features and improvements.
Another thing I love about the CRM is the automations. I have been able to automate a lot of my tasks, which has saved me a lot of time and energy. For example, I have automated the process of sending follow-up emails to leads, creating new tasks for myself when a lead moves to a different stage in the sales funnel, and generating reports on our lead generation and conversion rates.
Finally, I appreciate the fact that Monday is so customizable. I have been able to create custom fields and boards to fit our specific needs. For example, I have created a custom field to track the lead's relationship to the deceased, and I have created a custom board to track the progress of our funeral home's aftercare program.

The CRM is already very customizable, but there are still some areas where it could be improved. For example, it should allow users to customize the look and feel of the CRM to match their company's branding.

Monday is an incredible tool for my job
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday because it helps me to organice my files and share them with my team, also I can upload different versions of the same file which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much things I dislike about Monday to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a need from my team to track all my activities in real time and Monday helps me to meet this need by creating a board where I can be constantly updating my progress and my team can see it.

I like how editable the boards are for all kinds of purposes, how easy it is to post something and notify so many people, how you can see who has checked an update, and the automation options are all helpful. It's also very easy to hop in and start using Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Boards don't seem to be interactive unless you're able to automate things in one board to another which is not a small task.

Simple to understand and set up!
What do you like best about the product?
What our company likes most is the automations and customizations available based on what we need. We are franchising, so being able to track candidates and their progress through their journey is really important to us. Monday has a clean and fresh look which we love and the automations make it simple for us to keep track of everyones progress. It's simple to use, and the customer support has been helpful as we navigated through some challenges and finding out more about our features. We use this program every day and it has made our jobs signifcantly easier and has also freed up time that we can spend on other strategic activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any specific dislikes, but we do believe that the FAQ or guides could be updated more frequently. Some of the features that we are being offered don't seem to have a forum or guidance set up for. Otherwise, we have been happy with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently franchising and Monday is providing the tools that we need to track a frachisee's progress as they move through their journey. We've also set up automations that allow each candidate to be where they need to be in terms of state, qualifications, and more.

Monday.com makes it easy for our teams to communicate across various projects. We use the platform daily to manage tasks by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and including important project details all in one spot. We love that we are easily able to see and communicate what everyone is working on-- which is especially crucial in our remote environment. As a manager of multiple teams, I couldn't do everything I do without Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Monday.com. They are constantly updating their platform to include more features and improve user-friendliness. This isn't so much a problem with Monday.com as it is with me, but there are so many features that it can feel overwhelming when first getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com solves the problem of email overload and missed email communication. All of our project communication/management is done in monday.com. With tags, it easy to directly communicate with specific teams/members without overloading everyone's inbox. As a team leader and manager, I love that I can go in and see what my team is working on without micromanaging or disrupting their work.
