Great project management tool that keeps the whole team organized

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the ease of use. It is so simple to create a board that is beautiful and functional and gives a perfect overview of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday.com is that they do not have a strong time-tracking implementation.
There is also more downtime than I would expect for such a large software. It seems that about once a week we experience issues for 10 mins to an hour of things not loading properly, typically on Monday mornings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps keep all of the projects at my marketing agency in one place. It helps us organize all project tasks, team workload, and project timelines. It is a one stop shop for all of our project management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the ulimate planning tool for any business. Between the automations, integrations, and user friendly interface, Monday.com has kept this multiple hat wearing executive organized in a way no "to-do" list could ever dream of doing. The most time-saving aspect has been tracking of due dates and the sending of automatic reminders to my contractors when their insurance has expired. An easy and effortless way to stay compliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the very few downsides of Monday.com has been a lack of functional calendar features. It's a bit cumbersome to incorporate layered calendars, such as for PTO requests or employee location tracking by date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped our company solve the time-consuming process of compliance tracking. We can input our contractor's insurance expiration dates and have set up integrations to automatically email the interested parties when insurance has expired. It has also been an amazing tool to track bids, contracts, and contractor payments.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up boards and customising to meet the needs of the project, service or activity we want to track. The support functionality is also good should you have a problem with the system or board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to suggest improvements and get this in front of someone who can understand what you need and update you on solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to coordinate a number of service deliveries across a number of our clients and customers. This gives us a regimented and set approach to delivery and allows us to review and prioritise across a number of clients. This saves us a lot of time in administration.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to customize to your needs and keeps everyone in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a little glitchy sometimes but those things are minor. It's been hard to get everyone to transition off so many emails and move to this. i wish there was more the tool could do to push people to monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping everyone informed so you don't have to look through emails to find certain job specific information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and intuitive the full suite of services offered by Monday.com has made for recording and reporting out data. This is a great alternative to other software like Excel and gives a more clean-looking date overview. I find myself using Monday.com more frequently and integrating all my data in one place to use as a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Monday.com may fall behind is that, unlike Excel, it does take more time to navigate and learn what the product can offer. The learning curve is not a difficult task, but it will require patience to find its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me remove the burden of reuploading data that was historically tracked on Excel and creates a single point of access to report and update ongoing tasks/projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, engaging and once the data is in, it can be cut is multiple ways to meet everyone's needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy. Our IT team do not like us using it because of the cost

Enables us to quickly and easily see which business messages are going out, when and by which channel so we don't over-saturate our employees with information

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep up on projects running on my tables, Also lets other deparmtents know as well whats being ran. I use it everyday and use it almost every other hour of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy sometimes, and load times can take ahile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to track our product, when it was ran, and how many was packaged. Simple and everyone can follow it.

The most versatile tool on the market

What do you like best about the product?
My favoruite thing about Monday is the way it brings both teams and sytems together on a low/no code platform. I can literally use Monday to communicate with my colleages about different tasks, events, processes, markets (the list is endless).

I have worked with many different CRMS, workflow systems, and client serving tools in the past, and none of them compare with Monday.com.

It's a completly customisable tool, so if you can think it, Monday can usually do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Monday.com really, although I would l like if it included some form of VLOOK / XLOOK referencing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes team collaboration simple. Everyone can stay up to date using a visually appealing customisable system that serves the team rather than causing the team pain. I am a huge fan of Monday.com (I've been using it for over 5 years).
