I can't imagine my life without Monday
What do you like best about the product?
accessibility to many platforms and easy to integrate
What do you dislike about the product?
That I depend so much on the platform to work and when it goes down, I can't update my pending items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My entire company is on Monday and it makes it easy for us to communicate and update all our processes

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is that this site is super easy to use. We quickly understand how to use the site and how to improve it according to our needs. What is also nice to have is the multitude of components that we can adapt for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like a little less about Monday, in my opinion, are the email reminders. There are way too many. Sometimes my inbox is filled with emails from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication within our team and the other teams. In a single access, our manager has access to all the projects of all his employees. That's great! Also, between colleagues we have access to all the projects. This is a very important access for our team. This allows me to follow up when someone is traveling or on leave. If anyone ever leaves the team, we have information on all their projects in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly helpful when it comes to project organization. It is user friendly for new employees, has lots of integrations to make it specific to your business, and is easy to implement with many different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a working frustration for my team is not being able to sort a board in one way where it is always saved. (ex. we want to order by date for a social calendar)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us see what each person in our team is working on, what our priorities are for the week, and keep notes on each specific project.

What do you like best about the product?
The details and organization it can hold. Anything from financial to confidential HR information. The ability to connect information to multiple needs is amazing! You need a project manager expert to do it, but well worth it! It is easy to use and learn. Implementation is easy as well! We are using monday.com to manage HR processes, Pre-Award Reserach needs, financial needs, etc. so our frequency of use is very high!. Customer support has been used little, but thus far has been easy to deal with. Monday.com has been easy to integrate into many of manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but a realization, if you don't have a project manangement background, you miss the full capabilities of the product and all it can help with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connections of many systems that operate independently has been the biggest benefit. Therefore streamlining a lot of complex data dumps into something that makes the management of them more efficienctly!
A Well Organized Seamless System for Large Project Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and straight forward the design is. It is so easy to create, list and submit for approval on lots of ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard for me to find my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the task of online graphic design approval. It is so simple and easy to uplaod art and get feedback all in one organized place.

Monday is very friendly and easy to use. Once you figure out how you want your structure to look, you can personalise your boards according to your necessities. There are many automation and integrations with different websites and applications.
Every day I learn something new, and it's always very positive. We started implementing it slowly, having it for just one department. But, after a few months, the entire team is in on Monday and it's making our work so much easier!

What do you dislike about the product?
The formula column doesn't allow to use of elements from different boards, which makes it a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of what's happening with our customers and make it easier for the team to communicate and see the updated information in real-time instead of having to message someone from the team to know the status of a customer/task.
Great Team Organizional tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization tools. It helps that we can add photos, connect to Google Drive, and Share files.
The"@" command helps us make sure everyone is updated in a timely manner.
Automation makes it easy for us to update and saves us time.
We also like being able to make a Board into an Excel sheet and/or a graph or chart.
All of our employees are on it all day every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like to be able to print boards. When we first started, we could print them. We have teams that are hands-on without digital access and it would be helpful if they could print their list in the morning and update when they get back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it helps us with is communication. It keeps all of our employees and teams on track with clear direction. We are able to get updates on projects and tasks quickly.
Monday.com - A vital platform
What do you like best about the product?
Versitile platform. We use Monday for workflow and approval automations, sprint boards, and project management boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see even more approval flow functionality. For example, if an approval process step needs concurrent and distinct approvals, Monday is currently very "clunky". I would also like to see approval responses be embedded in notification emails. Currently, anyone that is notified about an approval must access the board and mark their response .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed us to automate many of our processes. This is extremely important as we are a start-up and have limited human resources.
Key To Success For The Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows multiple parties to stay on the same page! The dashboard views allow us to wrap everything up into one neat little board and the support from the support staff has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters on the dashboards are really frustrating (since you have to go board by board) and oftentimes the tech isn't as flexible to allow for enough manipulation for different structures. I wish it was a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us on track with deadlines and keeping the whole team organized on many projects

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to load multiple jobs and different scopes of work in the same scheduler. Searching around for jobs addresses and information is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not tied to my accounting software.

Organized areas of information storage. Holding folks accountable.
