Great tool for transparency for an organization

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and intergrations are great also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow but minial issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives visibility to multiple departments on loads and also provided a tool to get better data for training purposes.

Also, gave us visibility to invenotry by allowing us to get live view of inventory movement not currently provided by ERP system.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very helpful for project management and collaboration. We use it daily for effective and time saving organisation. It is very user friendly and easy to implement within operationnal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-board connection and automation could be easier. More applications on the appmarketplace (social networks ? Analytic tools ?) would be useful.

Communication between teams, mission assignation, project management...

Easy tool to manage projects, tasks

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to create boards to track the progress of your projects or tasks. I also use automation to send emails and reminders to the team. A lot of options for columns that also can be converted to form and sent to the people to gather information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation for subtasks still lacks many options that tasks can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all project-related tasks on the same board, where you can collaborate with the team and see progress at any point. We use Monday for our daily project meeting to stay on track of project progress.

great platform for a project manager

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create customizable boards. the many different status/text/numbers makes it really easy for me and my colleagues to see what is going on in all our projects and to keep track of the economy and timeline.
we have used workforms to integrate a simple form into our projectboards. the link is sent out to customers and they can file what ever their problem/question is.
love the platform. i use it all the time to get work done.

i dont dislike anything really. maybe the app but i think thats because i never really tried hard enough to get used to it.

monday is our project management tool. we use it to keep track of our projects.

Customizable, easy to use, and clean

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our organization keep track of tickets, onboard new hires, and help ensure that we have accurate reporting for systems that integrate into monday. At least one member uses monday.com on a daily basis with most users utilizing it at least once a week. After setting up a board with the initial columns and features, it is very easy to use. Customer support has generally been excellent as well.
Our use case has expanded further to more teams as time goes on. I love how easy it it is to get more teams into the platform and the amount of systems that integrate with the system is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides as far as I am concerned. I will say that the automations are not always the easiest for new users to set up on their own boards and settings for automations can be limiting at times. I have also recently had trouble with automations that stop functioning for no apparent reason and at completely random intervals. That said, the monday team seems to make upgrades to automations and the overall tool on a decent cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve our need for a centralized system for people to collaborate on projects, track tickets across vendors and ensure that new hires receive onboarding communication successfully. We utilize so many different systems and it is very helpful to have a system that brings them all together. The automations are also very helpful and are utilized on almost every different board. We have begun to utilize monday's form builder for many more projects and it has truly been a bright spot as we are able to mold the system to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it that you can switch between different boards and views, or you can save the same board in different tabs with different filters per board so you can easily switch between them
What do you dislike about the product?
Number of clicks to show all details within a task is a bit higher, compared to some other products I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tasks and assignments. Having an audit log is very useful when you see the activities, who changes what, which help with keeping up to date regarding tasks and resources.

Convenience and Efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it easy for my team and I to get all of our "ducks in a row" from a project management perspective. With so many projects going in so many directions, we needed a customizable and centralized workspace that was easily accessible and editable team-wide. Monday.com is exactly that! I can see and update the status of any project in seconds. Without Monday.com, we would need more calls, emails, etc., which would take much longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dozens of small to medium-sized projects going on simultaneously. Without Monday.com, I would have to track project status and next steps via excel or another shared file. Monday.com allowed us to customize a dashboard that team members can update in seconds, and it allows me to see status, follow-ups, etc., at the click of a button. Monday.com is saving us a ton of time!
