I like that monday Work Management is intuitive, customizable, and makes it simple for teams to stay organized and aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, and certain advanced features require extra setup or training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone on the same page. Instead of asking for updates, I can just check the board and know where things stand.

Seamless Integration Makes Team Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly with our other platforms, allowing information to be shared easily across our team divisions. It requires little to no training for new hires as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I would suggest is for the software to prompt users if they try to exit without saving their changes. It would be helpful to receive a reminder when an update hasn't been saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily keep our teams aligned with projects and their statuses, since Monday integrates with all our platforms, including our accounting software. This integration reduces the need for multiple emails, as everything is organized in one place.
Seamless Workflow and Automations with Excellent MAKE Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and automations. The MAKE intergration is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger board tend to lag often, or maybe this is my pc's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us work togheter on project whill in and out of office. It helps us automate workflows and make out company more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates, tutorials, customer service all make the platform easy to use. In my experience once teams start using the platform they continue to use, but don't always take the time to build out further automations. Maybe an AI assistant that prompts users to build enhanced features with guidelines would help further integrations and ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's product offerings are built to be integrated with one another, which from an end user standpoint makes things easier. I do think some of the automations could be more robust or allow for a deeper level of granularity, similar to some of the offerings power automate has. Increasing the presence of variable inputs makes creating the automation and getting business user buy in more feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management first started as a way to track daily tasks and provide transparency to team managers, knowing the tasks were completed and having a record that could be exported for further analysis.
Effortless Customization and Independence for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and a lot of customization. It lets our staff work and organize their projects independently and provided us with a starting point for automation
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive and the costs have increased. We work in a Microsoft environment which would allow the same customizations but it’s all segmented so we keep on using Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Independent and collaborative work can be completed easily. A beginner option for our corporate automations
Exceptionally Organized and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized everything is. Its also very easy to use and it helps keep the implementation organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is really anything that is wrong with Monday Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me keep my implementations organized in one area. It is a one-stop shop, I do not need to have several separate applications to complete my work.
Great for Team Collaboration, But AI and Board Space Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manage, with good structure and colours. Easy to create integrations with other channels such as slack, and to integrate between groups. We use it daily, and find it fantastic for liaising between departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature on monday.com is difficult to use and does not provide many benefits. We also struggle with space on some of our boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of shipments and invoices, all in a clear way with easy search functionalities and options for adding documents.
Seamless Team Collaboration and Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
The team interaction, moving between boards nd the ability to add automations. ~Customer support when I required assistance was also stellar
What do you dislike about the product?
More automations between cross boards and better automation needed at times bith otherwise a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certainly removed the need for spreadsheet type tracking in my life, Automations keep flows working well so that i can easilly see the process at each step
