Mostly Good With a Few Irritations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can export to excel, the various templates and boards we can have and that we can share what we select with the clients or other team mebers. It is also convenient to be able to assign tasks and color code things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting to excel is a pain in the rear end. And the automations and notifications glitch out a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one location and keeps templates we create to use for multiple cleints and helps with task assignment
Great Tool for Businesses with Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up projects and assign my teams with time commitments. The organization is amazing! We have been using it for over 3 years now. Moved over from Trello (that was awful). Monday has been easier to organize and my team can function with it pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My 'work tab' is not very useful and complicated. I manage the whole team - total of 9 users so it makes it hard to find who or what is working on what other than simplifying my end to watch the work they produce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep my teams' projects and tasks orgaznized while also being able to communicate daily within each section of assignments to multiple team members.

The ease of creating new dashboards and tracking features for progress.

Unable to submit multiple forms at once.

Monday keeps tracks of our internal investaigation with ease to retrieve all info.

monday.com has options for whatever method of organization you need. I like that you can view the same board in multiple ways.

Nothing comes to mind. I have yet to have any trouble.

Easy to use, Very intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and straightforward to use Monday.com is. I find it to be very intuitive, without being clunky. It was quick to learn, and a great way to organize clients, projects, and KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I cannot automatically number my items. I also struggled to get my charts to show correctly due to how Monday.com recognizes axis data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a central, organized place where I can keep to-do lists, collaborative projects, and KPIs, displayed as visual analytics. This replaces separate software systems and documents.
Great for basic or advanced teams
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping all our projects in one place and ability to notify and have different views. Easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes views can be confusing and lack of training can be confusing to find the best way to do something. However, that could just be organization error and not monday.com error.

Keeping all of our projects and priorities in one place. Visibility into our product roadmap so teams can plan accordingly.
The Best Project Management System!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease that Monday.Com provides to our team to collaborate on different items, stay on track, and store information on our projects in one location! It has been a game changer for efficiency with our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few integrations that we utilize that aren't at par with what we need. I would also LOVE the feature for Monday.com to recognize duplicate items and merge the data into one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has brought all of our streams of communication regarding a project into one location, which has enabled us to better replicate and problem-solve for future events or projects we are working on. Instead of asking, "Oh was that in an email?" we know all information can be found on our Monday Boards.
An excellent project management tool

Reporting is excellent. The graphs are really good
