Great product for organizing product roadmaps
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage multiple sub-boards within one board. Very useful for organizing different teams, sprints, etc. all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI around building tickets / automations could be a bit more intuitive or have shortctus in place to make it easier to just do it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track Github issues and make an interface for product team to manage product roadmap.

Monday is pretty straightforward if you're using it for simple things like project boards

A lot of functions aren't particularly straightforward in terms of how to use them. For what we need, though, it works great. Admittedly, we only scratch the surface of what's available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows to show our entire orgainization our list of priorities and collaborate between teams by recording notes and having discussion on projects in one place
Great integrations and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for collaboration, checking where others are with their projects, managing new/inco,ing projects, and for orginazation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with other platforms takes a bit, but overall still manageable. I wish there were more features for dashboarding as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small tea, monday.com helps us organize project requests that come in through a Qualtrics form. Sometime the projects overalp between responsibilities, so it's easier to assign and be aware of what others are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management. It's a good platform for paper trails of tasks as well as the communication
What do you dislike about the product?
I've hidden a lot of columns because the amount of scrolling can be inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate through here and not through email. Too many emails results in tasks getting mixed. Now everyone can see what's assigned to them and due dates.
User-Friendly scheduling software
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me not double-book our clients projects to send our team on. We're a small crew, and demand for projects is high. Using Monday.com has helped us accomodate our clients needs in a timely manner. It's easily accessible, and they even have an app that I can access if I'm not right in front of my computer. I've never had a need to contact customer support, even though chances of needing to are increased when you use a program every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints. Monday is easily accessible and very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us not double book projects, as well as keeps us on track with material ordering management.

What do you like best about the product?
That it allows team mates. to collaborate and stay orgnised in one place.

None so far, we have happily used it for years.

We benefit by using monday.com by keeping all key players involved in projects/initiatives. It also keeps team members accountable and on track with deadlines..

At a glance, you are able to see an integrated breakdown of workplace functions, tailored and customized to your individual needs. Able to communicate effectively across workplace channels for easy collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took several updates to smooth out some of the features, but customer support is always helpful with a terrific response time

Instead of using multiple pieces of business software for essentially the same functions, Monday provides a one-stop shop for all of your business and workplace collaboration needs. Saves time, increases efficiency and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage OKRs and tasks across a team across the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current lack of integration with our other technologies - not sure how much of that is on us.

Monday.com allows for customization, flexibility to gain the most of managing any project or department tasks. Templates allow for a user-friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are limiting in the free version.

Definitely good for any size business manage and automate tasks, projects and notifications.
