What do you like best about the product?
The hierarchy of workspaces, boards, groups, and items is very logical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the subitems get a little bit glitchy, but I just need to do a quick refresh of my browser and it's fine after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Monday.com, our team relied on creating project tracking documents in Word and Excel. Those files would get lost sometimes, or they'd be difficult to collaborate on. Monday.com helps solve both problems.

Need an internet connection, but all apps are like that now

BEST ORGANIZATION TOOL EVER
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most helpful tool I've ever used for project management! I was going crazy keeping track of everything at work and this has helped me immensely! Extremely easy to use, and I check it daily because of it. It also offers various integration opportunities to help with your workflow. I personally enjoyed it so much I got my entire marketing team on it! Super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is that you have to pay for some features, but the cost is quite reasonable, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer lose track of projects, or wonder what I need to work on!

There are a lot of advanced features I dont know about. It takes time to learn about them and I dont want to have to watch a bunch of tutorials.

The sharing of informaiotn. It is much easier to monitor and share information instead of using static excel files.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which the system is designed to use and build projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so efficient if there's an issue you know it was user error, not systematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us do better with accounts received and more tinely payments since we're sure the day the project was completed and that's the day the balance is due. We are able to bill the same day without delay.

Monday.com allows users to track projects in a very easy to view and discernable manner. The integrated widgets really help with this as well.

Starting your monday.com journey can be a bit overwhelming at first; thankfully, there is a lot of support available.

Monday.com has helped my organization integrate project tracking in a variety of ways. The ability to input data into one sheet and utilize it in a multitude of methods is a strong point.

One of the things we love most about Monday.com is the customizability. There are so many ways to personalize each board, task, item to perfectly align with the work processes of the team! It's so easy to use and simple to integrate into the teams normal activities. We use it every day to keep track of everything you can think of! From meeting notes to marketing calendars and everything in between, Monday.com has been a game-changing software for our team.
