Transforming Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com changes the way my team works together in all the positive ways. It helps us look ahead, track multiple work stream and create our own work boards that match our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see the downsides, other than you have to be online to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating multiple workstreams; providing customizable project planning workboards.
A great software that helps us every day
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday to plan project and collaborate with all the people invloved in the company. The UX is great and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to have paid account for a lot of people to use all the features and it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work on long terme project with many peaple in the company.
Great way to keep on top of marketing tasks as a team
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for keeping on top of marketing tasks as a team. We can all take responsibility on tasks, and put up progress reports which keep everyone in the loop. A great platform for keeping this centralised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to communicate with other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising marketing requests - can track progress, and can allocate responsibility.
Thoughtfully Designed Collaborative Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, very customizable and easy to collaborate. Built in automations save a lot of time throughout the day and help to minimize errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional technical glitches and downtime, but not too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes, logging daily activity, working with others while not being in the office together.
Monday.com is intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, I like how it sends you daily reminders (or however often you need them).
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. The only thing that isn't great, I would say, is when others don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of deliverables that work across multiple functions in the company.
Fabulous organizational tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep my team organized and manage projects/proceses from start to finish. Also, very colorful UI - big fan of that. We use this tool every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of automations that put new items immediately into a backlog, but I'm 99% sure that's something we've set up on our part, and not a default function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small, fast-moving team that needs to complete a lot of tasks. Multiple teammates complete different parts of the task. Great for collaboration.
Amazing for collaborative planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is such an integral peice for my data analyst team. Amongst our many varying projects, it's incredibly helpful to stay on task, assign a teammate to own, and provide deadlines and details. I use this as a resource daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with the functionality as of now!

Prioritization and delegation
Great way to project manage, excellent workflow automation

Workflow automation, project management. Easy to use, easy to implement. I use it every day, with lots of features. Easy to integrate with workflow and low code automation

Not the easiest to visualize, not the easiest to navigate between boards.

The organization of the tasks and the possibility to share many people.

I don't like so much the delay to close the tasks after conclusion

The duplicate tasks from e-mail automation.
Monday offers an amazing experience to organize tasks on a daily basis

I honestly don't see any negative aspects in Monday.

It's helping me organize the myriad tasks I need to accomplish.
