Very flexible and dynamic tool for project management in fast-paced environments
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add changes to our project as our needs change during the evolution of the project itself. And that I can also track the project on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a bit steep at the beginning, perhaps becuse we came from a tool that wasn't suited to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a website that requires a lot of content, with many different steps and contributors, so we needed a tool that can help us track the different steps taken by the content items and define timelines for the contributors. We have needed to smake some changes on the way, and monday.com allowed us to make those changes without any major impact on what we had done so far.

For me the only downside about monday.com is its price ; too pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data transparency is one of the best about monday.com and everyone in the team benefiting on this as they can easily view files and important data. Also the team can focus on the thing that realy matter.

It makes tasks easy to arrange, has a lot features that makes the work easy and productive

Lots of buttons , there not really a lot of bad things in the app

Fullly automated and integrated boards. Can assign and monitorate on real time with valuable input and feedback all taks occuring on my team. Allow my team to comunicate better and integrate during tasks. Easy to handle and to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complains or anything that I dislike about monday.com until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps in assigning tasks in a faster way and getting feedback on those tasks from all the team on the same place. It also hepls in tracking everyone's time spent on that particular task. It helps managing all tasks assigned to the team in a organized, easy to visualize and 24/7 online space.
Project management in manufacturing works wonders on Monday.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the amazing increase in project management efficiency it provides. Its tracking capabilities are superb, allowing to track key deadlines and make sure that all items are up to the minute. In particular, the overview of the team performance is very useful to know what should be done for higher profits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is quite time consuming. Moreover, although the customization is usually adequate, on occasion, I have to come up with workarounds when it comes to automation or integration that fails to fit in with the complex accounting processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been key in resolving the issue of fragmented project data and fragmentation of team collaboration. This is a single place where we keep all our documents. This has reduced the time spent in searching for files and information.
Best Software to track everything
What do you like best about the product?
Very Easy to use for MIS purpose. I have used this software and I like every bit of it. Constantly they add new features the one I like the most is the formula generator AI. I use it Frequently as well almost everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
1 thing can improve is if they give option changing custom colours of the charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it is solving is the Information management system that too in charting format in a easy to use way
Easy to use and integrates well with Slack

Very easy to use. And it implements well with notifications delivered to slack and from there I can access thr projects assigned to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to view the entire project title from a task assinged to me. If the subtask says layout, it doesn't give me context on what the main project is.

A central place where we can drop files for tasks done and the person gets automatically notified. It saves time and redundancies with communication.
The best way to organize your routine!
What do you like best about the product?
By using the system in our work routine, we were able to reduce meeting time, in addition to automating tasks. This way, we can focus our energy on the work that really matters. Furthermore, with Monday we were able to extract spreadsheets with consolidated data on the work carried out. The integration with email means that system updates are notified directly to the person responsible's email, this is very practical and works perfectly. With the use of Monday in our team, productivity increased considerably. The way the mobile app works is impressive, on days when I don't have my laptop, I can perfectly follow the team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, coldly analyzing all the system's features, I can't think of anything I don't like. In fact, I believe that my team's work only works today because of Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, the entire team organization worked through email and spreadsheets, which ended up making everything very complicated and confusing. With Monday, we were able to better organize the functions of each employee and pass on tasks without the need for several emails on the same subject.

I think pricing can be a bit of a hit for small companies or star-ups.
Also, it would be great if monday.com would have a desktop app which would work offline and then sync all the process when I am online. (in this case I could work on flights and places where wifi is not reliable)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main problem solving with monday.com is communication between the teams and departments. We can all see updates in real time and react quickly. Also, for me personaly main problem solved is lack of clarity as monday.com provides a visual representation of projects and tasks so I can see everything in one place.
