What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com, a fully parameterizable platform, allows you to automate processes that are executed in the organization daily and require a specific order, allowing work groups from different departments to cooperate on a common objective.
By using Monday.com, team members can receive notifications of updates, and this is configurable depending on how informed we want to be of each change that other team participants make. We can also customize colors, events, and much more.
If we use the work management module, collaborative work becomes simple and here we can program triggers, automatic events, sending notifications, and much more, to generate a workflow that guarantees structure in the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com guarantees that the roles and access privileges are configurable based on the participation needs of each individual, however, we must take into account that all these users require licensing, with the exception of those users who will only be for visualization, whose capacity is not limited.
That said, Monday.com guarantees the traceability of each user and the personalization of the processes in which each person interacts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com we have been able to simplify tasks associated with monitoring workflows for patient care in the health sector. Additionally, we have offered greater visibility to our stakeholders and have automatically generated graphs that allow decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very basic and user friendly for the simple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is terrible for complicated processes. Automation is severaly lacking. Every time I think I have figured out a solution to work around their lack of ability, I run into a different missing feature.

Honestly, it is just creating more problems for me personally. It is helping keep the team a little more organized.

I've got a few things that bug me about Monday.com. First off, it's the pricing; I find it a bit on the steeper side, which can be a strain for my small business. Also, the learning curve can be frustrating, especially for someone like me who's new to the platform. Wrangling complex workflows can be a real headache and time-consuming. I use Gantt charts quite a bit, and while Monday.com does offer them, I've noticed they aren't as robust as I'd like. I've also wished for a smoother email integration experience, and since I sometimes need to work offline, the platform's heavy reliance on the cloud can be limiting.

Monday.com is very effective for the project management, product management, workflow management, process management, issue tracking etc.. Availability of a lot of templates make the managers jobs easy in agile environment. Customer support makes us feel that they are with us for every instant. Due to intuitive user interface, everyone likes to use it in frequent production standups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in dashboard customization. Price is in higher side for small companies. Deleting an old board is a time consuming task, not a deal breaking thing.

Tracking of issues, projects deadline becomes easy. Collaborative team work on a board is a good feature for remote working environment.

Customer support team is very quick to response, and very easy to integrate with other apps as well.

Its a little bit expensive for small to medium enterprises, some promotional offers could be great.

It is solving all the project management issues that we were facing initially. It allows us to track time of our team and task management is justa breeze.
Project Management Made Easy but Customer Service is not Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I use it everyday to trak the progress of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service does not respond. I emailed our rep at Monday and they did not have the courtesy to respond. As a paying customer, I should not have to chase them to receive assistance.

It helps me manage multiple tasks/projects in one place. It makes it easy to change the status and add links for my manager to have an overview of my productivity.

the high cost of the license makes it very difficult to implement for large groups of people, which ends up limiting the use of the application in the company
