Easy to use collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has been a great experience. We had were looking for something very smooth at use and very easy to have the team collaborate on.
We actually used it for some months, everyday and the team enjoyed using it a lot.
It was very easy to implement as Monday.com can be used on most devices.
They have a lot of views to work from. Tasks, tagging, follow-ups, emails, synch, small features like that worked great.

What do you dislike about the product?
One, we really had to work on thigh budget and it felt like it wasn't adapted for our size. Two, we are all about integrations and in the end, there are a lot of other options that work with more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team starts to grow a lot and we were in need of a tool to help us manage botht the team's ressources and the projects. Monday.com helped us get better at organising, taking, following-up with both.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize it to fit the needs of our organization. Being an educational entity, we are different from most businesses in some ways but also have similarities as well. Our account manager can always listen to our needs and help steer us in the right direction when we have questions about any platform features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only say that some of our staff members initially hesitated to jump in and test the platform's capabilities because of another program we had used before. Once most saw how valuable Monday.com could be to help streamline their work, they were less afraid, so to speak. As a technology administrator, I understand the need for some training, but the real learning comes from testing the program to see what it can do for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking staff projects, timelines, staff meeting notes & assignments
Collecting staff onboarding & offboarding information in one place and sending automated emails directly from the platform
Forms that collect social media requests, website corrections, etc, are sent to the staff member's supervisor for approval and then to my team to be published
If items need corrections, they can be returned to the submitter for corrections and then resubmitted - all of which are tracked for time spent and other things that you set up in the forms.

How flexible and organized it is. It has benn great for us.

The limitation of licences to be able to write atualizations.

Sometimes it can be finicky when searching for things within Monday.

It's a central hub for different areas of the company. Every area is represented on Monday in one place rather then spread across different spreadsheets.
Amazing tool to keep organized and collaborate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to keep projects, tasks, and timelines organized! It's such an amazing tool and so easy to use. I love the clean look on the boards and how easy and seamless it is to tag colleagues for feedback, upload documents and keep everything up to date. I can't believe I've gone so long without using this tool!

I have been using monday.com for over 2 years and have never had an issue.

The most intuitive project management software I ever experienced. I can't imagine our day-to-day business activities without it.

Been using it for more than 4 years and so far have been to find anything to complain about.
