A power tool for team collaboration and efficient workflow management
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past year, my team and I have had the privilege of using Monday.com, and it's truly been a revelation in how we manage projects and collaborate effectively. This platform has exceeded our expectations and has become an indispensable tool in our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it has a lot of features, it will take some time for a new comer to understand and get through it. Its kind of heavy for someone who is new to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks and deadline tracking, real time collaboration, Workflow management, time tracking etc

What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can collaborate on projects with coworkers and have the ability for higher ups to see where I/we are in the process of a project.

What do you dislike about the product?
If board creators leave administration, then we can not control boards they have created. Would be beneficial to include a backup code to unlock boards or "in case of leave co-owner of board."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsure of updates but would love to see the board owner issue resolved to prevent loss or transfer of critical information to improve business and personal performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see everyone's projects, updates and statuses easily across the board. I like all of the customizable options for how you can set it up and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to create and send status reports right through it as well as for intakes to come directly to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps give our department a full view of all projects and where they're each at.

Help with task marking within the company and with the best functionality.
Great tool for visual learners
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing everything visually represented and colour coded. It makes my planning so much easier to see. It's also a great way to organise across teams, and is very easy to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to hunt about a bit in order to find something I need. There are also times I'm a bit scared to alter/copy/move/create items as I'm not sure who has access to them and I don't want to alter things for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our work is very involved and has many varying processes. This helps us keep track of what is ongoing and outstanding, as well as collaborating with other team members and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Using it for program timelines for a wider team in Event Management. We also use this to collate information and data from the forms.

Limited amount of integrations with the business plan we have.

Having all of our project management in one place for our event planning. Being able to have members and viewers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us foster collaboration among team members. It helps us easily share information, assign tasks, and communicate within the platform. And it has the best user-friendly interface, and we can customise the UI according to our needs. Also, we can use it on our phones, which increases our productivity. It also brings better upgrades when the platform needs them accordingly. Implementing Monday.com is pretty straightforward, and its user-friendly UI helps us with seamless workflow management. We also get better customer care support each time we need it. The Monday.com interface helps us integrate various tools into our existing systems. That means our team relies heavily on Monday.com for our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about monday.com, if we can use it offline, then it will be much better. Sometimes uploading larger files causes issues. Otherwise, it is the best product among other competitive products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our workflow and also improves communication among the team members by coordinating the tasks, sharing task updates, and allowing us to comment on the items. And it also helps to track our tasks, track progress, and set deadlines.
Monday.com is a tremendous tool for keeping us organized!

I have no complaints. It is easy to use and customize

It allows me to oversee the agents' transactions and keep up with the flow of tasks. It helps the agents stay organized and not forget tasks
A mess
What do you like best about the product?
I guess MAYBE the ability to see where your companies process is, but that is IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. E v e r y t h i n g. You can only search boards and not items. I have not receieved desktop notifications in over a month even though I have not turned them off or disabled them in anyway. When I click the bell icon the red notification number on the app doesn't disappear unless I open up the meatball menu and select Mark all as read. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and had to fight with the app for 10 minutes to let me log in. I ended up having to change my password even though I know I was using the correct password because when I purposely put in the incorrect password it told me it was incorrect. Ridiculous app. PLEASE do not convince your company to use this app. There HAVE to be better options out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no idea what problems it's solving. I would rather use my companies old system which was entirely in EMAIL, which while aggravating is no where NEAR as aggravating as Monday.com is.
