Creative, learning process, efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the coloring and that it has so many different things you can work with, my personal favorite was the TABS and SUub items, it has help us so much with our trainees. and adding comments or even screenshots to item has been a great help
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to understand the autamates, the videos are helpful tho. I also found that is quite expensive and if we over use it we get charge more. overall easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were having issues using one excell sheet and preventing people from touching certain cells, This has helped us so much by allowing only certain things to be viewed or edit as well as a completly easy and friendly view

What is our primary use case?

It is a project management tool. My last client was a lawyer. I used the solution to manage his project.

What is most valuable?

The product is quite simple to use.

What needs improvement?

The documentation must be available in French. I had to translate a lot for my client.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for four months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I have no problems with the tool’s stability for the moment.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Around ten customers are using the solution.

How was the initial setup?

The product is quite easy to set up. Once I explained the product to my clients, it was easy. It took me ten days to deploy the tool. It is a cloud-based product.

What about the implementation team?

I did not need a consultant’s help to deploy the solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The product is not expensive. For the moment, the price is not a problem. I pay annually for the solution.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend the product to others. It is quite a simple tool for people who do not know how to manage projects. Overall, I rate the tool a seven out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, the ability to grow with the platform as your needs become greater and it links to so many other programs that I also have in play
What do you dislike about the product?
there is so much to learn if I want to use it to its full extent. I had a client who ran his whole business on it and I have Monday.com envy of him

keeps everything in one place. I can also use it as a sales management tool, a database and task management

Very flexible and adaptable. It is very easy to create projects and organise items on a board.

Dont really have anything. its works pefectly for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful features about it are:

1. Its ability to integrate my tasks with the calender and other features is really helpful for me as I can easily manage projects and meet the deadlines.

2. Its user interface is so stunning and visually appealing, along with great tools that helps in smooth management of our projects without any need for spreadsheets and manual tracking.

3. There are a lot of options for add-ons as well, and their how-to videos and great online documentation helps to learn and makes it easier to get the most from monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features I disliked are:

1. Since I get so many mails in a day, the spam mails from onday.com is really annoying and troublesome as well.

2. The pricing of the platform is slightly on the higher side. The export feature sometimes is wacky to use.

3. The mirroring can be hectic to sue sometimes, so adding a "zoomed out" feature would really help to view across different boards and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is one of the best open source platform present out there for online collaborative work and a lot more. I loved the tremendous nu,ber of features and functions it is providing, like project management, workflow management, task management and more. It a must have platform for the enterprises.

I love that it's so simple to use and very user friendly.

I'm sure there are ways to improve the platform but currently none come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a way to assign tasks to myself and my employees/contractors. Monday works great for this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can customize the colors of each task. My previous client really advocates color coding the task so we know where we are at in each. It works really well for people who have a strong vision on what tasks they need to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll just be blunt, it can look a little boring sometimes. But that's just the aesthetics of it. I can't really say. I haven't been in a complicated project yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the progress of the teams and tasks of a company. You can easily see how much is left to do. What needs to be adjusted in your schedule or due dates of each task.

Game Changing WorkFlow Management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is completely customizable and we are able to use it for every different department in our company. We haven't even fully unlocked its true potential, but it's made our workflow so much easier to manage!
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is setting everything up to work the way you want it, takes a little research and time, but it's not a deal breaker. It would be great to include a yearly system review with an expert who could help optimize our personal account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our notes, documents, and status updates are in one location that is available on my phone - in real estate being able to be mobile is key and as an admin, communicating with my team and holding myself accountable are important. I can go out of town and all of my notes and everything I've done or need to do for a file is so easy to cover/take over because it's all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday can be incredibly useful, in some ways it lets you do a lot and it definitely saves our team time and streamlines some processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is absolutely awful. Every single time I try to speak to their live chat, I get passed between 3 separate teams before they tell me they cannot help and need to transfer the question to an email ticket. No one in their live chat support seems to be able to help with the most simple technical queries. It's an incredibly frustrating process.

Their automations are also incredibly limiting, you end up needing to create massive workarounds to do something that seems fairly standard.

It feels like everything we ever try to do, we hit blockers and things break, and we have to wait days and days to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a CRM. It works in some ways but there are so many blockers that make it incredibly frustrating to use almost every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great because more than a project management tool it's a program that allows you to collaborate with other colleagues within your company and track on the common projects, assign tasks etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like about Monday that their mobile app does not work properly and you can't do as much as you do on their website through a computer and it makes you be less efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday I'm able to collaborate in all projects with my team and I can see simultaneously every update they make in any dashboard. Also the panels and graphics are so friendly.
