Monday.com has been a great platform for our business, and has really helped us organised and use our time more efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday can bring in new features that sometimes arent helpful to us, and then we have to change the structure of a lot of things, to fit with new updates.
Monday in the last few years has split into new sections, meaning things we once had included in our account are now paid for extras.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to keep track of multiple projects, with multiple clients and account managers. By assigning people and using the my work section of Monday, this really helps to keep on track of what people are working on, and helps to stick to deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of monday.com is the automation of repetitive tasks in workspaces. It also allows us to create custom workflows, triggers, and actions to automatically update fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the interface of monday.com is not as user-friendly as it should be. The subscription fee is also slightly higher than expected taking its user experience into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has helped me to collaborate on tasks with my team very efficiently. I can comment on the tasks for any clarification if needed and also manage the task timeline.

Monday.com is a one-stop-shop for organizing
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Monday.com is that you can organize your boards into more than one view, giving you a variety of perspectives on a project, for example: they have Miro boards, Gantt charts, Kanban charts, funnels, Figma workflows, tables, calendars, and even have a media library for all of your shared images and videos. We have so many projects happening at once at work, and it's a comfort to know that I can check the board daily for updates and know where other staff members are at in their process. You can mirror other co-workers boards if you're working on the same project too so you don't have to do double and triple work. You even get email notifications if a co-worker adds you to a board, assigns you to a task, or adds a comment, so you know to go into Monday to see the update. It's a one-stop-shop for organizing. It's fun to use and makes the work day a LOT easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can even think of is that I want to be able to use the Miro board more, but you only get 3 free boards with Miro and then have to pay for the rest. So I'm limited there and Monday.com doesn't really offer anything similar. Otherwise, I really love using this app and don't have many complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for three departments at my work to succesfully collaborate on projects remotely. We have multiple boards within our group to stay organized and on task. We are able to mirror each other's boards to avoid doing extra work, and it saves time. Making to-do lists fun and extremely organized. Very user-friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
It's robust yet easy to use. The UI is good and with recent updates, things are easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
My automations just cut off many times. I'm not sure what causes the issue but I'd set an automation for emails for when forms are filled and a few days later I get an email saying it isn't working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a single space we can get most tasks done and keep each other accountable. This makes the team more productive and even makes onboarding simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers a range of functionality for different business needs. The templates are helpful to quickly ramp up the organization of projects. One of my favorite features is being able to send emails to a project space so I can quickly refer to that lates & greatest communication. Very effective for keeping the organization organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet because our CSM was supportive to recommending views and training the team to get best use of the tool.

The scheduling feature and assigning taks feature is something that I like the most.

he major problem that hybrid organisations have is trying to track the work done and with monday its made easier where you understand the amount of work done easily and effectively
