Monday gets the job done, with a lot of robust features for a large team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is well layed out and very intuitive. It's easy to update and see updates to projects. Each project can be customized with specific milestones, dates, attachments, stakeholders and more. It provides a super easy way to share project updates with the team. The dashboard makes it easy to quickly review my open and urgent tasks so I can prioritize. It's accessible from anywhere, anytime. I've never experienced any downtime or inability to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything and I'm trying really hard. I've used Monday.com at two different places of employment now and have found it to be super valuable both times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me stay organized and communicate priorities to my supervisor and peers. It also acts as a nice archive for when I want to go back and review details from a specific project. Everything is there in one place, which makes my life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface and straightforward setup. Monday.com can be used by both small teams and larger organizations, making it versatile and suitable for a variety of workflows. It is a efficient tool to easily track the progress of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given its cloud- based nature, Monday.com relies on a stable internet connection. This could be a limitation for user in areas with unreliable internet access.The high level of customization and the wide array of features available in Monday.com can make it feel overwhelming or overly complex for some users who are looking for simpler project management solutions. While Monday.com is designed to be user -friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It save our quality time. It make our email communication less. MONDAY.COM has been the most helpfully for project management and team visibility. Monday.com keep a vast amount of information in one place making it easily accessible to all position on each team.

Every time you copy an element to a new board you have to type again all the data for each column.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the categorization of tasks. I'm able to break down each project into tickets and keep track of my progress. Monday.com also gives me a birdseye view into all my acheivements for each quarter so I'm always able to keep track of my performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get overwhelmed by all the notifications but I completely understand that its necessary and I can always edit the settings to get less of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me stay organized. Working in an agency with different clients, its sometimes easy for things to slip between the cracks. But with Monday.com, I'm able to stay on top of things and increase my efficiency.

The program seems to move away from simplicity with every upgrade iteration.

Much needed software to organize your remote team

What do you like best about the product?
They have an easy interface, which I love as you can see everything in one glance (mainly if you use a large screen). As a team leader or manager, you can easily see what your team is working on, their progress, and the timeline. I also love that you can make the boards very personal. We have a fun dashboard that just has motivational quotes and the Llama farm. I personally like being able to build, what I call, the Team's Performance dashboard. This enables the team to see how well our website is doing by linking Monday to GA4 and seeing how everyone is coping with the workload. We also can see the progress being made throughout the year, which makes it easy for our management team during our yearly reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes lag or there is a delay in the real-time updating. This can cause a slight delay in my work time, especially when there is an urgent deadline we have to hit but it doesn't happen so often. I also wish the mobile version was a little bit more mobile-friendly but since i use Monday on a daily basis, this is also not really an issue since I use the desktop more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my team on the workload that has been given for that sprint easily. It helps to break down the bigger goals we have into manageable and smaller ones. It also helps my team to see exactly what they need to be working on and how long each project should take. With the updates feature and labels, if my team needs me or needs to update me on their progress, they can do so. When you are a fully remote team, this helps to build better communication. Everyone knows what we are doing and the goals we are working towards.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for more than 5 years as a main Project Management tool and I enjoy it so far. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Has fully customizable private boards, views, and dashboards. Can be easily integrated with other apps like Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenging to set up a more complicated workflow, that needed to go beyond the parameters of basic task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organise work effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature so far is the Gantt option. After many years using Monday, I had not discovered this screen until this year, and I am amazed. This really helps me organize my mind and plan my day and weeks, because I can see my projects throughout time. This has been very helpful in our team, because it allows us to see what everyone is doing and until when. This is what I like best about monday Work Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I dislike about monday Work Management is that, in the My Work screen, the first section that I see is the one belonging to past tasks (completed tasks). It would make more sense for me to see my ongoing tasks and my future tasks first, because these two are the ones that need to be on my mind. And I would leave the past tasks at the end, since I rarely check them once completed. It is likely that this is customizable... but I still have not found the way to do it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the problems related to coordinating different teams. Thanks to its features that allow you to assign tasks to different people and teams and set dates, we can see what everyone is working on and we can all be synchronized. Since there are many ongoing projects, monday Work Management helps us see what everyone is doing and fit it into the company's schedule.

Monday.com helps my team organize, coordinate, focus, and finish our projects

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives us an intuitive way to organize our work, automate tedious or repetitive processes, and keep things from falling through the cracks.

We subscribed initially because we needed a better way than SharePoint for tracking our projects, generating reports, and planning campaigns. It does all that better than I could have imagined, and has grown into lots of other areas of our work. Monday.com is a platform that lets you build whatever you need, and once the team got comfortable, we just keep realizing new tasks we can move into Monday to make things easier.

You do need to learn the platform, and Monday.com "thinks" differently than other things you're likely to have used (like SharePoint and basic databases). But let's be very clear, that's a *good* thing. It took me a few days to stop trying to force Monday.com to be SharePoint. I had used SharePoint so long I'd forgotten how needlessly complex it is. The Monday.com onboarding team was great about talking through the first couple projects we built, to teach me how Monday.com thinks, and to unlearn some of my bad habits.

During our first year and a half with Monday.com, I've been very happy with its functionality, at the pace of enhancements, with its stability, and with the support team. The online community is solid, too, and have taught me about features I needed but didn't know about more than once.

I'm glad we landed on Monday.com, and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is still a developing platform. It's solid and can do nearly everything I can think of... but not quite everything. A couple of times I've wanted to add a certain type of field to a form, or make an automation behave a certain way, and not been able to.

For example, on a Project Intake form we built, I wanted to include a field to select People in our Monday account, to assign the projects. And it just wasn't possible at the time. We were able to build a workaround that was fine. Then a few months later, the feature was added, so the devs are responsive and enhancements are real.

That said, Monday.com handles about 98% of what I throw at it wonderfully, and it keeps getting better. I would choose Monday.com again without hesitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves just about all my workflow / tracking / coordinating needs. We use it to receive requests from external-facing forms, to build and manage complex campaigns, to track compliance issues through to resolution, to coordinate incoming work, to plan events, to handle approval workflows, automate reports... Monday.com is a great tool to help you turn your chaos into order.
