Monday.com has been a game-changer for my team for a while now!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface, the opportunities it offers, and the minimalistic design makes it a great choice

It takes a long time for the page to upload, hopefully one day it will be upgraded so it will upload much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to centralize all areas of the business on a single platform, which facilitates a quick and clear view of performance, both in terms of time and figures. The integrations with other tools are especially useful to achieve this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wide possibility of adding integrations, dashboards, and views is very powerful, but if not managed with balance, it can become overwhelming and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having commercial, project, and financial information integrated in one place facilitates our collaboration between teams and speeds up strategic decision-making.
Easy to use and to search for the information
What do you like best about the product?
I consider Monday as a very user friendly platform. It was really easy to understand and learn how to use it, the design and its colors makes it more atttarctive and the most important thing for me is that you can access to the information very fast.
It was useful to register and track the refund requests from customer and QA results.
It was a nice experience and a tool that I used daily without experiencing inconveniences.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a single thinf that I disliked about this tool, it was always functional and the information was always there whenever I needed. It was a really good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to avoid creating duplicated refund requests from customers, to track the current status of those request and any other action that we needed to take. Also, it was used to track out QA results weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizations options under the task management dashboard are very impressive. You can easily set up custom labels, subgoals, due dates, etc. It makes it very easy to keep tabs on how everythings going at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
It's much more expensive than our previous tool. We switched over to see if we could improve our collaborative tasks, and it's done well, but it might not be the best option if the pricing is a major concern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to manage our projects and task logs. With it, you can collaborate on tasks, projects, documents, events, whatever you can think of. It's practically a few software tools combined together. It's a pit pricey, but can't say anything bad about its performance and capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using monday.com to manage our projects. What I like most about it is the ability to customize the dashboards to fit our specific needs. Collaboration features and ready automations are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com might want to consider modifying their pricing strategy, as prices increase with the scaling of your needs. Furthermore, support is not flawless on certain occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my staff members are much more organized since they began using monday.com. They are undoubtedly collaborating more effectively, which not only saves us time but also contributes to achieving better results. I do recommend it.
Great tool for collaborating on projects remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time project collaboration capabilities. You can easily add and modify stuff on a project that another people are also working on. It directly syncs modifications and removes the need to keep in track with other tools. We really found a platform for working together in harmony with Monday
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's got soo many features but I feel like some of them are not 100% developed fully. For example, the forms feature is very limited. It lacks the capability of most other full-fledged form builders. It doesn't have advanced field customizations and additionall data capture with hidden fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to manage and monitor our individual and team projects. Being able to work together on a document in sync has been a wonderful asset for our remote working capabilities. It also looks and reports very well, which is good for when we need to present our work

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track team members, team performance, and team earnings. I also enjoy the monday boards and monday forms that could be used for the whole company to keep track of what everyone else is working on and has completed throughout each day. This makes it very easy and very fast to keep up with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Monday.com does not allow you to copy and paste list of data without exporting it into another program. This makes the process of data tracking and reporting take a little longer than I would prefer. It would also be helpful if editing, or even deleting a board that an old team member has made was possible, or much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped the company keep track of employee attendance, team coaching, individual employees payroll and bonuses. It has also helped with creating forms for potential business partners to fill out for the onboarding process. There are so many other things that the company has utilized on Monday.com that has saved the entire staff a substantial amount of time on data tracking, which has made us much more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy to use platform that allows you to manage, track, and collaborate on projects. The UI is unmatched and is a simple tool that makes complicated workflows easy for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike but if I could add something it would be the ability to schedule outgoing emails within an action plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is the front door to every project we touch. Everything is accessible through our Monday.com dashboard regardless of where the file is stored or what application it was created in.
