Monday helps me coordinate projects easily with colleagues!
What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's a great tool that helps us collaborate easily with my colleagues on projects. Specifcially when we're working on a project that has multiple stakeholders across different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that boards can get very cluttered sometimes which makes it difficult to find specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily groups multiple tasks togther across boards. For example, when we want to edit a video we can assign an editor as well as a graphic designer to the task so that we can work in tandem instead of having to go to each person individually to brief them on a task.
It is very user friendly, it takes you 1 hour to get used with it.

You can easly organize your workflow.

I wouldnt say there is something bad, if you have good internet connection everything is fine.!

It makes easier for is to know what videos we are going to finish.

Complexity: Some users find Monday.com to be overly complex and difficult to set up, especially for users who are not familiar with project management or task tracking software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, time and task management. In addition, it made the visualization clearer for the whole company where everyone is spending their time.

Monday is very intuitive, I like the color-coding and the ability to use a lot of different categories.

I am very satisfied with the product, I don't really have any complaints!

Monday is a great central place to collaborate with co-workers, and allows all information to be in one place instead of spread out on many different excel sheets.
Used the service for many years
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for the user to manouver around Monday.com. You can make the workbooks as simple or as complexed as you like and it's great that you can contribute with other members of the team at the same time along with the automations to make your job easier. I have used it in various workplaces for years now and it is still one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations do not work when the page has been stationary for a while, this is resolved by a simple refresh however if you have data and you refresh it sometimes it will not have saved and you have to write this again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to manage the workflow in the business, without this we would be using a basic Excel spreadsheet which would be open to corruption with the amount of data that we input.

You can see what your entire team is doing in real time and help determine if tasks are complete

It is solving being able to track my coworkers progress on their own tasks as well as any team tasks that need to be complete. This has helped increase business performance by creating trackable timetables

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super easy to work with, very clear layout, and if built correctly, can help teams be way more efficient and productive. The support chat is very helpful and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the board connections don't work the way you expect, making it harder to collaborate across teams. Would be good if there was more filteration options for notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our team work more efficiently and collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to invite clients to review the status of the project/deleiverables. It reduces the back and forth of emails. The UI is easy to use, so there is a reduced learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the tool itself, there are few drawbacks. However, it would be even better if it offered more interactivity and incorporated gamification elements to enhance user engagement within the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like getting notifications that deadlines are approaching and the feature to leave updates in the item for extremely organized team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike getting email and Monday notifications. It can cause notification numbness and make you forget to prioritize tasks of check ALL notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing any deadlines!

We mainly use Monday for task management and it is great for follow up since it is easy to understand and use

Would be grea if it can have more integrations with other tools of Google and communication apps like Slack that we are using for internal communication for example.
