Saves time and even fun to use

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a bit ADHD, and Monday helps me to stay on top of tasks. I'd be lost without it. I also like that it's almost fun -- colorful and somehow changing statuses and moving things around is really satisfying. I also love how it can handle really complex progressions of different sorts of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications aren't reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work is rooted in collaboration with dozens of people, across teams. There's no way we could stay on top of everything we have to do and the multiple phases or projects without Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely like the fact that you can tag colleagues and track the progress of tasks/projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
that you cannot remove some tag while they are used into a past task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all our project, event, objectives and taks in one single place. Monday.com definetely helps my productivity and time management.

Great time-saver, automation, and management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility with organization and management of processes in company daily routines. We were able to transfer the management of multiple teams into one place and have excellent view and tracking on all of them. With all the features that Monday.com offers, we could organize and individualize boards optimal for each team and project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that can be pointed out. There is some complexity in using Monday.com. It can take some time for first-time users to figure out all the features and options.
The main limitation was that once you create a board, all groups are forced to follow the same column structure. Because of that, we ended up creating new boards, and it would be more practical if different groups under the same board could have different columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing at which stage the particular task is, the due dates and the next assignee in the process of execution was crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget.

What do you like best about the product?
- Very user friendly - it's incredibly easy to use/navigate. Even new hires on my team pick it up super quickly! The nice colors and visually appealing interface is also a plus :)
- Enhances visibility across our org - it is easy for other departments to see visibility on progress with my team's projects
- Overall makes our lives easier - we use Monday as a major documentation resource for projects, as well as tracking our own progress to understand/prioritize what is pending with our projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - Monday has been a great tool for my team that we use on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Increasing visibility in a remote world
- Easier project management, especially when workload is high
- Documentation on project progress

What do you like best about the product?
Teams can collaborate in real time on tasks, projects, and assignments. Comments, mentions, and notifications keep everyone in the loop and ensure clear communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com operates on a subscription-based pricing model, which might be expensive for small teams or organizations with limited budgets. Offline capabilities are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with various third-party tools and services, allowing users to connect their work processes with other applications they use, such as email, calendar, and file storage platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of setting up customized automations to create a system that is perfect for us and how we work. It has become a power house tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of training to understand all the elements. Also, we really wish "My Work" had a calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us solve the problem of having too many lists and Apps, by allowing us to build a customized production system so everyone knows what to do and how to do it at a quick glance.

Do not use if you are a growing business

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. It makes easy to do lists very complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is very difficult to use compared to other platforms.

We are a growing agency and a simple recurring task is made extremely complex on Monday. As an example - create invoice monthly needs an automation. If you have 20 recurring tasks you need 20 different automations. It is a nightmare and we used the platform for 45 days and they refused to provide a pro rata refund for us given the platform didn't meet our needs as we grew. Initially Monday seemed okay but as soon as our business started to grow quickly we saw way too many limitations with Monday. Do not use and use Asana instead.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great project management tool. I utilize it in an audit shop setting and it helps keep track of ongoing progress throughout the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered any issues with Monday or things I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to be a one stop shop for all people on one project to keep each other informed.

What do you like best about the product?
Allowing other co-workers to collaborate on work and manage assignments without sending multiple reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deadline features could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of needing to know where every document lives becaue it can be stored by the task and marked as complete in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to handle and allows you to keep track of all your projects, and time tracking, schedule tasks, and manage results in a very friendly easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is very complete and there is no need for further updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing jobs and solving different problems with the time that each project needs to be completed. Also to verify progress, updates, problems, notes, or anything that happens in the office and on the field.
