What do you like best about the product?
Great PM tool
Simple to implement; simple to use; great tool for keeping everyone on track and informed
We use it to save meeting times and to adjust deadlines and ensure we are on track and maintain realistic expectations of delivery time of assigments based on workload

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; it just works out of the box; I can't complain at all; if I had a gun held to my head and had to find something that needed improvement I would probably be killed; we also recommend it for all our clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us a lot of time
We use Monday in conjunction with loom and this has been a real time saver and each key activity can be tackled weeks later after the activity has been created because each task or activity serves as it's own respository with key directives and also team input as needed; it just works; we have a very active team of finance professionals and we only need to meet for 30 minutes weekly with monday.com being our source of truth and guidance for our meetings so we don't even really need to prep for meetings as such

Mondays is a great program
What do you like best about the product?
You can mange pretty much any kind of data you can imagine in Mondays.
We track orders in Mondays, love that you can see everything live. Love that its very user friendly as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I dislike about Mondays is that I want the program to do more than what it is capable of doing. It's currantly a fancy excel spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Mondays our work flow would be very difficult. Sales managers wouldn't know what is happening to there order, and would have
Monday.com makes it easy for me to organized with plenty of options for details.
What do you like best about the product?
Once I enter all the information in, I love how I can view the important details regarding the topic on one page laid out in front of me. I don't have to go out of my way to dig and clike through tabs to find what I'm looking for. It's just a quick search of the item and boom, everything I need is right there!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday.com is that I can't drag and drop files from the website to a different folder or location. I can drag new files into the website but it would be really helpful to drag and drop them to another location, as our company shares many important files that need to be downloaded and organized into our shared files. Which usually consists of a folder inside of multiple folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve inorganization and communication amongst teams. For example, I am a project manager who receives files from the designer, where I then share that information with the Sales executive. Monday.com keeps a vast amount of information in one palce making it easily accessible to all positions on each team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized it is and how it keeps all parties involved accountable.

I don't like that we need Admin authorization to re-organize our tabs.

Monday keeps my projects organized from start to finish, and provides a clear way to communicate with team members.
Easy to use, intuitive, flexing to our processes plus looks shiney!

Flexibility to make boards your own; adding columns, choosing the column type and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing boards with colleagues when you have multiple accounts. I know the answer is no doubt to merge them but that is an effort.

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of it. It's fairly easy to navigate the different boards. I like that you are able to save different views of the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nicer if the customizations were easier to stream. In order for different boards to not duplicate, the inputs are a bit convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping steamline and store information in one location. Instead of having to sift through emails looking for something specific, its all in one place.

Multifaceted User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our business uses Monday.com for all of our back end record keeping and project management. It's capability to seamlessly communicate with team members and assign tasks and tracking has vastly increased our productivity, and prevented data loss. 10/10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, data doesn't sync or there are issues with the platform, and you can lose progress while entering data which can be frustating. Overall, it is not a large issue and happens very infrequently. The price point is also a bit high for a small business with 5 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a busy HVAC company that utilizes a commonly used web based dispatching software for our industry, but the program has a lot of issues and data loss. Monday helps us keep track of things on the back end, and is much more reliable than this other program. We track all purchase orders company wide through Monday.com, and we use it's project management features to assist in executing both large and small contruction projects. We also use it for tracking licensing and renewals, scheduling important dates, and tracking maintenance for our fleet of vehicles.
Intuitive platform with the optimal balance between functionality and user-experience
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use the templates for inspiration and then do final tweeking to customise to my individual needs. Excellent templates of real world examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly, too much customisation is available. It might be nice to have 'just the basics' features in order not to overcomplicate things.

Keeping track of project deliverables across different organisations. Monday is intuitive and has excellent visual displays.
