What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and handle tasks effectively. A good tracking system for workplace.

Nothing specific, introducing more tools like reminders for task might be useful

Tasks which we perform are been updated and it works effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation proved to be immensely valuable as it enabled us to establish a streamlined system within monday.com for managing all our data and I'm really impressed with the update feature. It offers a level of functionality that almost renders email unnecessary. With this feature, you can effectively communicate and collaborate on specific items within monday.com. The best part is that you have access to the entire history of comments, including who made them, when they were made, the content of the comments, and any subsequent replies. This makes it incredibly convenient to stay updated on particular items without getting lost in a never-ending chain of emails. When dealing with large projects, the volume of emails can quickly become overwhelming. However, by utilizing monday.com as a communication tool, you can significantly reduce your reliance on email and achieve better tracking of actions, timelines, and discussions pertaining to each item. This way, you have a comprehensive record of what has been accomplished, when it was accomplished, and the relevant conversations surrounding it.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Establishing a hierarchy between projects/lists proves to be challenging within the tool.
2. The software exhibits significant bugs, particularly in relation to Gantt chart views and the alignment of data in the mobile app.
3. Although file uploads are possible, it is surprising that direct integration with Google Drive is unavailable.

monday.com has a nice and easyly use UI & UX. Its so useful. It speeds up our work a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
More shortcuts may be available for use.

To be able to manage sprint and follow velocity, to follow task.
Great tool for the everyday work!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The option to use it on your mobile is simply awesome. Brings visibility about the completion and progress of the tasks you are supervising or in charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the UX and UI are too much, and sometimes my computer just starts dying when I use it for over an hour; that's a little annoying. Besides that, everything goes well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday brings us visibility of what we are doing as a company in different areas. Since we are a global team, it is kind of challenging to be on top of everything in the daily basis.
Monday is an excellent platform that helps with work planning and management.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is how easy it is to update the spreadsheets and visualize what you have to do, what you've already done and what I should do in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find disadvantages on Monday. But I would say it could be more intuitive to create the templates. To improve, you could put a faster manager and a help guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I can follow all my progress in my work day. I can find out what activities I have to do, what's missing and also interact with my co-workers on the table. This has greatly reduced my daily work, as I am more agile.

I like the ease of creating new boards and adding people and tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like it when the automations for moving tasks to other columns are a bit slow or don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids disorganization in my day-to-day work and keeps my leaders informed of the tasks I am currently performing, which facilitates communication.
All around best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizable layout & full functionality of the site. I use it every single day and I'm not sure how I would manage my task load without it. Highly recommend this to everyone - it's worth the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricier than other CRMs & it's free version is much more limited than others. But I still say it's worth the extra price for what you get with monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple virtual assistants who collaborate on various projects for numerous clients. Monday helps us easily assign tasks to different VAs and make sure that nothing gets missed.
An efficient and dynamic system for management and control

The varieties of automations and the diversifications of automations, giving us freedom to customize our control
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system is entirely in English, I, as a Brazilian, have some difficulties, but at the same time, it's not bad, because I learn to perform the language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create my schedule on Monday, stock control, payment control, project tracking spreadsheet, password control and many others. I have a total of 12 different controls managed by monday.

The flexibility in being able to design the system to meet our needs and processes. it allows for a diverse use of the system from managing projects, sales, and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are little complex to understand. There is great resources available from Monday.com. I just need to take the time to explore further. Some simplification would be nice though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make everything visual. No tracking down multiple spreadsheets. Stream lines communicaitons. You don't have to spend time searching for emails. The thread messages save a lot of time.
Good Project Management Collaboration Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like about monday all the integration capabilities it offers I have all my dashboards integrated with external programs and it's great because it increases my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one thing I dislike the most about Monday and it's that their pricing is normally very high and that you have to buy the user' licenses in group of 5 and not per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use monday the workflow management in my team has improved and increased the productivity. I have my sales pipeline there and everyone can be assigned tasks and work simultaneously.
