What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is really easy to use, which simplifies my tasks significantly. I love how simple it is to copy different workstations and groups; once I figure out a formula that works well, I can effortlessly replicate it into new sections and areas. This feature saves me and my entire team a lot of time. Additionally, it makes communication within our team incredibly easy, especially since we work remotely. The user-friendly design of the platform enhances our daily operations as it is simple and intuitive to navigate. The initial setup was also very easy, and none of us encountered any issues, which speaks to how well-designed it is for users who are new to it. I would definitely recommend it to others who want to save time, ensure effective communication, and have everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
While 'monday Work Management' excels from a project management perspective, I find it could use improvement in terms of sales tools. As I also use it for my sales tasks, the platform seems lacking in dedicated sales features or possibly there are existing tools within the system that I am not utilizing correctly yet. Either way, enhancement in this area would be beneficial.

I use monday Work Management to organize sales communications, manage remote teams, and coordinate event details. It enhances team communication, saves time, and is user-friendly, which helps in executing events successfully despite geographical challenges.

I really like the layout of monday Work Management, particularly how everyone can access the board with ease. The organization and columns are well-structured, making it very user-friendly. I appreciate the ease of use and how it allows me to add any necessary information. The notification feature is fantastic; I love getting notified when someone leaves a comment for me, which helps with timely communication and collaboration. Additionally, it stands out for its organizational capabilities, helping me track deadlines and receive the correct feedback for my tasks. It excels at prioritizing tasks, differentiating between urgent and non-urgent matters, which is very helpful in managing emergencies and staying organized. The ease of initial setup was also a major plus, facilitating a smooth transition by making it easy to set up various boards and pages for different team members and groups.

With the kind of office workload I deal with the colour coded boards come accross as very user friendly and unique tool. It quickly helps me analyse what's pending and what's been already done. Thus it reduces confusion and helps me manage workflow efficiently.

Loading larger boards can take a while sometimes but rest the application works well for me.

It segregates whatever's pending and classifies it into boards making it very easy to analyse workflow. Moreover, the most crucial feature for me is the how it cuts down the email threads helping our team to stay on the same page by avoiding confusion.
