I don`t know how we managed without it

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the team collaborate and build systems that help us have control and be efficient. It is easy to use, allthough it takes a bit of time to learn everything, because there are so many options. We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to move subtasks to DONE groups without converting them in to items first. I would like if it was possible to integrate email from google plus some kind of customer service chatbot, so that we could do all operations from monday. Now I have to pay for several platforms for this. Integration with Kajabi would also be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us have almost everything in one place, and helps us have "the big picture"

Game Changer for Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
We have found that Monday has been a game changer for our business. It is extremely easy to set up Boards with various amount of information included and the functionality to search/filter is amazing.
The data we can track and extract to give to the wider business has been well received.
Personally, I am using Monday every day for various types of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
After nearly a year of using Monday, we haven't come across any downsides. It has helped streamline processes across a growing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Since integrating Monday.com into our workflow, the way we manage tasks and collaborate as a team has completely transformed. The platform offers an intuitive and highly customisable interface that makes workload management not only efficient but also enjoyable. We use this platform all day, every day.

One of the standout features is its ability to clearly allocate tasks and responsibilities. Everyone knows what they’re working on, deadlines are visible, and priorities are easy to track. This has significantly reduced confusion and improved accountability across the board.

Collaboration has also seen a major boost. With real-time updates, comments, and file sharing all in one place, communication is streamlined and transparent. Whether we’re working on a small admin task or a large cross-departmental project, Monday.com keeps everyone aligned and informed.

We also love the automations function which is super customisable and saves time doing repetitive tasks.

The live chat function is very handy for getting quick response from AI or customer support and if they are not able to assist, they will get back to you via email to work on a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Monday.com is sometimes what we want to do is super specific, due to the highly customisable nature of the platform, is not possible. But the great thing about Monday.com is that we get offered the opportunity to suggest changes and vote in a community forum for feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping solve our collaboration issues, all tasks are visible so it becomes easier to jump in and assist someone when required or just to be able to view updates for ourselves without having to ask someone.

What do you like best about the product?
We love Monday.Com's automations and the ability to adjust labels as required. It is very user friendly and our whole team embraced the platform from day 1.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday on a daily basis, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. It contains all required project information in one place, allowing myself and my guests to easily understand the status of their project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to load/make updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my customers (guests) to have one source of truth about their project.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it is to use and customize for different types of work. The layout is super visual, so it's simple to see who’s doing what and when things are due. It keeps everyone on the same page without needing a ton of meetings. I also really appreciate the automations — they save time on repetitive stuff — and the fact that it works well with tools we already use like Google Drive and Slack. It just makes managing projects a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday Work Management is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with all the features and customization options. It takes some time to figure out the best setup for your team, and if you don’t have someone familiar with the tool, it’s easy to get lost. Some of the more advanced features are also only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered communication and disorganized task tracking. Before using it, we relied on emails, spreadsheets, and chats that often led to missed deadlines and confusion over who was responsible for what. Now, everything is in one place — from project timelines to file sharing and updates — which makes collaboration much clearer and more efficient. It’s helped our team stay aligned, work more transparently, and save time by cutting down on back-and-forth messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Monday.com to stay on top of our service jobs, from crew scheduling to rigging and gear logistics. It’s been a great tool for keeping everything organized while we juggle multiple projects. The custom boards and dashboards make it easy to track where jobs stand, and automations help us stay ahead of deadlines. It’s saved us a lot of time and keeps our team aligned. We use this daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the mobile app had more editing options, but overall, it’s been a reliable and essential part of our workflow.

Mobile search isn't as great. Also reorganizing tasks into groups is basically impossible on mobile.
