Monday.com Is the best system that helps our company to organize all work and put them in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is uploading dicuments, instead of having paper docyments you can put them in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would add some features, but so far its very good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday helps me to collect all the company agreements in a digital space, istead of having paper binders.
Super powerful project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to update my team with new tasks, stay up to date on their progress, and to track the back and forth on each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system has a hard time loading, but it comes back online very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our team to work remotely, which is a huge benefit and makes us more productive.
Easy to use and helps keep organized

It makes it easy to stay on the same page as everyone on your team and across multiple teams

There can be a lot of fields included with every campaign that may not be necessary

It is putting all the content and information for a project in one easy spot where anyone included can access it and communicate in one location.

The way you can organize your tasks according to the project and the fact that you can count the hours and the number of deliverables and it is very advantageous that you can assign tasks

I don't like the fact when I export the report with what the team did every month, because the excel report is very poorly optimized and it's not easy to understand for the client

Monday incorporates several applications into one and helps you be productive and accurately measure the time and volume of tasks in a project. Plus, productivity has increased a lot in the company and the evaluation of the time we spend on a task is much more accurate
Fantastic tool that saves us a huge amount of time and money.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com saves time and money. It is extremely intuative and user friendly. It's also great that it get continually updated with new features which brings more value for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have come up against so far is that some of the integrations do not work properly and getting support with the integrations can be difficult.

Accesability to information which is easy to update.

Monday is available on the web and on mobile phones, making it easy to use in a variety of situations. Reminders are also comprehensive, in addition to web and mobile app reminders, as well as email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various views make it complicated. I ended up using the basics for task tracking, managing public files, and recording version history. That's all I need.I've never been able to use archive or trash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help me to track our tasks, storage some public workflow documents. I can use it with other people within the company, working on the same task. It saves us a lot of time in internal communication.

How everything can be set up in one place, you can keep track of historic date have so many boards all in one place with graphs charts and so much more , wish we used this sooner

You can't use it offline, but on the bright side, when you make changes they sync with everyone's devices instantly.
