Extremely user friendly and straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely customizable. We use Monday amongst our team for a number of different tasks. Its user friendly and straight forward. I definitely dont use it to its full potential!
What do you dislike about the product?
When i am organizing my task by in groups of "This week" vs "Next week", I wish i could program it so that "next week" would automatically become "this week" when i we are in the current week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In marketing, we can often be working on multiple projects at once. It helps keep me organized and on track.
Easy to use , makes project planning fun !

Easy to use and lots of options to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say at this time I dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a space to document conversations, sent emails, create a to-do list and check off action items.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we have joined monday, our team has been more organized than ever. We have even started incorporating plug-ins and other features that monday offers like google calendars and love that function as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
More free access plugins would be helpful. The cost of monday is not unaffordable but once you start adding up the separate fees of the plugins and not stellar. It doesn't allow you to use the software at it's full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com provides an efficient way for memto help delegate tasks to my employees on a daily basis. It is beneficial to the point that we have a lot of project circulating, both internally and externally. This allows us to keep all of those projects in order.

I like I am able to create my own workflow with automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that eventhough they have a lot of automation to create my own workflow, there are still some basic things they could cover, but overall it`s really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to work on the same platform for all my employees. They all are working in real-time with the same tasks, allowing me to keep track of my tasks.
It's a complement tool for organizing our roadmap and documenting projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to have all progress of each project on a single view and everything related to the project is linked and easy to access in 1 item. It's also compatible with other platforms like Jira, Figma, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features to choose from, and I feel like I haven't used or understood all of them and it's easy to have a very cluttered dashboard if you don't organize your board well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to avoid miscommunications because everything is documented with comments and the date of each update. It also helps collaboration because you know who is working on what and the people tagging is great so everyone stays informed of new items that belong to them or updates on existing ones.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business, we use Monday every day to keep us on track and organized. It's what our company needed to take us to the next level. The ease of use is great for new hires and old hats alike, and with the notificiation features that work seamlessly with our software, we are able to jump right to task when any problems arise. The ease of implementation was great and it didn't take long at all for our team to get on board when we adopted it. I learn something new each week that helps us keep moving forward and hitting our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little confusing when you post a file in files tab under messages, but it doesn't show up on the messages side unless you post it AS a message. Sometimes poeple miss when things have been attached because of this. I don't think it notifies anyone when files are added like it does when messages are added. But that may be something I'm not doing right, as well. But that's my only complaint! We love Monday and couldn't do our jobs without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problem with organization and keeping on task with various projects. We are a small agency with a big workload, Monday helps keep all the moving parts moving forward day in and day out.

I like the ability to easily update it, with context, as I review our team's to-dos for the week and assign action items with dates and their corresponding context

Initially, I wasn't a big fan but I quickly learned that my adoption as a business leader made it so that my team members can flourish in their roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working on multiple client projects and making sure things are done in time for client demos
Excellent Communication Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to assign tasks, track progress, and store files. I think it's really effective for creating a custom approach to your specific workplace's needs. Highly recommend for inter-departmental collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications get lost! It'd be nice if there were a way to visual represent all your active jobs in a mode other than a list. Perhaps something similar to how Trello captures workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to store and star information. It's also a really effective place to anchor all essential information about the jobs you're working on, regardless of whether the person reading the updates had prior context.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
There's no way we could keep track of everything without a tool like this. The easy customization for every board helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations with the software, but most things have a workaround if you look through the appstore.
