Monday.com is a great organizational tool for planning, communication, and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build in working parts like the inetractive updates based on status or function within the monday board
What do you dislike about the product?
The notificaitons system could be more streamlined and user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating about many different tasks or goals on a single platform that can be linked to documents, send emails, and create notification systems

The flexability is the best thing about monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is so flexible that it can be hard for some users to grasp the concepts. Would really like to be able to change colors on charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing our teams to work togther to move our oganziation forward. It has also replaced several other SAAS softwares we were using. It is a great tool.

The way I can easily build boards for my different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the way some comments are typed under certain columns and not the item itself, sometimes I try to look for a certain comment and can't find it. Also, it may need better notification settings.

The way I track my work and organize my tasks while collaborating.
Monday keeps us organized and on track
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my team members all organized and on track so we dont miss anything. I am a propert manager and have a lot of moving parts in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont really see any its been easy to use and can easily figure out how to make it more powerful with the trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage rental properties. This keeps all our communicationa nd task management in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can tag others on the board so they are notified to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is very clunky and hard to find boards at times. It just seems like there are a lot of steps to get to a board, dashboard, etc. I'm a marketer and I like things straightforward and simple and I just don't feel Monday.com does that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping everyone accountable which is great. Helps everyone stay on task and know which tasks they are assigned to and what the expected due date should be.
You can't go wrong with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the app and how easily it is to manuever to find all the information in a precise location. We're able to not only store important information but also daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their integrated apps are not really needed.

Monday.com has helped us store information that is organized and easily accessible and task organiztion

Monday.com helps the workflow keep moving and my work is helpful when focusing on the task at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always understand the changes and updates. They can move faster than my brain can at times.

Keeping my important tasks in order and set up to work on the most time senstive thing first.
Our internal organization has improved significantly!
What do you like best about the product?
Its clean and easy to use interface makes the job and organization a lot easier. I can see my tasks easily and with the invitations as guests my clients can see, talk and organize the due dates together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything i dislike in the top of my mind. There's some tools i dont use like the project timelines. The attached files tab could be a little better to see all the attached files, sometimes it only shows the previews for the first ones, but thats it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my and my team tasks for the day/week/month and help keep track of the adjustments solicited by clients. Our workflow got 100% better after using monday.
Makes Remote Work Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com cuts down on tons of extra unnecessary communication while working in a remote environment. It is a time saver and helpful organization tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a little more user friendly/had more demo videos

Monday.com has become a replacement for status calls, emails, and having to chat people unnecessarily.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a versatile tool in almost every single way you can imagine. It's also a great alternative to more robust, complex, and expensive Customer Relationship Managers (CRM).
What do you dislike about the product?
While its versatility adapts to your needs, it's not with its caveats. There's no way to breakdown a board in two different sections, for instance. The headers you define on top apply to the whole board.

Project management is made easy with customizable boards to support your day-to-day operations tracking and following up. You can track external processes, like client or provider relationship, or internal processes like budgeting in one place.
