What do you like best about the product?
Task organization. It helps me to keep track of the task that have to be done.

Monday.com help us to keep track of projects that must be done.
Monday works as a solid PM system for my work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Monday's info modules on boards, and the fact I can customize them to my unique needs across team members that will have access to my task lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a more fully functional option to create a brief for developing assets that can be sent to other team members and populate with their assignment information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me to better properly manage the myriad amount of tasks that I am responsibile for any given week, from a variety of stakeholders across my organization.
I would recommend Monday.com for the most part!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, especially when it comes to automations which is inherintly difficult. The building block model for the automations makes it easy to put automations together, and makes it easy to find issues with the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the dashboard views. I feel like it is very crammed and i have to do endless scrolling to see all of the information. I also dislike how if i link a page to the dashboard, it never links the right tab of the page that im linking, only the first tab of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a central platform that can be used to manage workflows but also to have centralized conversations. The automations takes a lot of work off my plate with notifying team members, as I am an operations coordinator for my company.
Our team depends on Monday.Com for training success!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versitle the platform is. Whether you are using it for Project Management, Tasks Lists, a CRM, or even a place to just simply store data. It just works.
The ability to customize it via integrations, automations, or by using the API, you can make Monday.com your 1-stop place for data and information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about monday.com, but the two things that comes to mind is that it is lacking the ability to easily make a task reoccuring. Something that you would think would be very simple, takes multiple automations to get it to work just right. The other being that sometimes the automations do not work and you have to reverse the trigger and re-trigger the automation or just do the automated task manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real question here should be is what problem is monday.com not solving for us.
We use Monday.com for a central point on contact for all things Project Management.
We also use Monday.com for clarity as well as transparency across all departments.
We no longer have to make multiple emails or get up to ask someone, we can go check monday.com to get the answer we need.

Organize workload and roadmaps across different teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you several tools to keep projects updated and know what is going on on each task, what is the state, if something is blocked, etc. People can ask questions or leave notes and communicate through the project history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is a nonexistent feature, or I just don't know about it but I think it would be nice to be able to link tasks on different boards. For example, as part of the design team, I could be able to see my project's equivalent tasks on the product managing and engineering boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a team of 3 designers and we get direct requests from other teams, so we usually add all those to Monday and then divide the workload. Keeping all project's history and links also let us step into another teammate's tasks when the need help because we can get an overview of all related documents and notes.
Amazing for Organizing - Especially with a Remote Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it easy to see what status each task is in along with being able to separate things based on what the task is at hand. I work remote and being able to be super organized with a team that is all around the country. It keeps everything super streamline and leaves little room for confusion while allowing communication within the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes building out boards can be a little confusing but overall everything is user friendly! I just had to watch some tutorials with some of the features so really no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem in a remote environment is organization. It's really easy to get out of touch with coworkers when collaborating when everyone is all over the US and sometimes in another country. Monday is vital in streamlining workflow and creating a visual way to help keep everyone involved and updated through notifications along with visually showing you in the board.

I like how you can have multiple boards across different teams. The sub-item updates really helped us with our protocol.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the boards look too boring, perhaps an avatar would help identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a certain protocol with a number of items to onboard a new client into our database. This has helped smooth out that process but also ensure we don't drop any balls.
Monday is pretty great
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are very helpful especially when working with a large team across multiple disciplines. There's a plethora of helpful features to suit everyone's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for new users since it's a robust project management tool and the different features can be confusing at times. There's also no way to make a carbon copy of a ticket when a ticket is duplicated from one board to another through automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for working with a big team and allows us to keep track of multiple projects at a time.
Amazing tool for team collaboration and project management
What do you like best about the product?
How it helps organise your tasks, track progress, assign tasks and set up automation. All of these combined creates a great work flow, making work so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you can't change the name of an item name once you've set it up. It would also be better to have faster on-demand technical support as sometimes there are bugs detected and it would be much better to have these sorted the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve tracking of multiple projects and see who's responsible for what. it also helps us keep track of key industry contacts, their names emails, numbers etc. it acts as a central hub for our department, a project management tool and a CRM.
