Organized Chaos
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is that as a user, we get to organize and keep track of all day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently no dislikes. Monday.com has really helped us stay on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me keep track of any projects I have completed. It has also helped us keep track of customers/when any type of communication or processing needs to be done on a customer account.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to list and manage projects, tasks, and everyday reminders. Monday.com also makes it easy to share all of these things with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of plug-ins or external options that work with Monday.com. My only complaint is that it is confusing to know what add-ins you may need, what is included in our enterprise membership, or what the system does all on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has so many different projects going on at one time, making it difficult to keep track of urgent/important/next step items. Monday.com allows anyone on the team the ability to view each project, see what tasks are outstanding, and who owns those tasks.
Monday.com also allows anyone on our team to be able to see due dates, tasks assigned to them, etc. at any point in time so it is helpful for project management as well.

What do you like best about the product?
keeps me super organized, along with my entire company so we know where to find things and don't lose track of sales, designs, lists, etc. We manage all our creative team here with different boards per person and brand
What do you dislike about the product?
not much! Excited for new features coming out in the future - I wish the graph features were stronger and that there were more templates to choose from, especially social media, marketing and calendar planner specific
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am the marketing manager at my company, it helps me keep track of the projects, the workflow, prioritize, where we are in each design, i love the editing feature so i can comment any edits - great features!
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It had a clean UI and provided a good UX. It was easy to distinguish between projects, and the reports, in particular, were impressive. The automatically generated fields and values were convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
the limited filter and sorting options posed a challenge, and I felt that the level of freedom was significantly restricted. It was difficult and uncomfortable to configure various settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effectively aligned with my workflow and facilitated collaboration.
Best productivity software
What do you like best about the product?
Best of both worlds- tons of functionality and customizable options while also user friendly. It was easy for me to learn with all of the videos available through Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand the crm functions. The different titles are confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting things down bwtween teammates and holding team accountable. Makes meetings easier.
Comprehensive project management software.
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing lists in groups and boards. Tracking progress with messaging, emails, labels and priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is more expensive than competitors. I don't think that I should have to pay even more to gain board privacy. I think it should be inlcluded in part of a lower tier.

It has helped us keep track of projects, outline procedures for everyday business tasks, and increased our communication with administrators.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to automate candidate applications to produce CVs. We are also able to assign specific tasks to members and see productivity

It doesn't have a time stamp for bubble notes. Our organization requires constant timely communications.

I am able to reduce communication times with staff and applicants in our system

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything. It integrates with everything. Nothing to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Seriously. We use it for Commercial CRM with integrations that were done "by hand".

What do you like best about the product?
I combined multiple spreadsheets into boards and shared them with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple team members are involved, it isn't easy to get consistency in information recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced the time required to manage tasks by eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets, scanning, and emailing documents. It has speeded up our information and communication flow.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It organizes me and my team on what we need to complete projects. We are able to see where bottlenecks occur and can effectively address any issues that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday only allows one sublevel task per primary level task. At times we feel the need to at least have two sublevel tasks and wish that Monday allowed this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our hybrid team work more efficiently with each other on projects, events, tasks, etc. We're not always together in the office and we feel that Monday increases our ability to collaborate.
