Monday is a joy
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can create and adapt boards for specific purposes. It takes so little effort to start new boards and customize that I find myself creating short-term ones for specific tasks and that has bee incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relative immaturity of the features around connections. It's not there yet in regards to being able to develop a useful "dashboard" to effectively see all your work in one place, in a customizable way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task organization, project organization, workflows, data processing/organization, media organization, informal bug tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very much a checklist kind of person; I'm also very visual, so monday.com helps me to visualize the things I need to do and check them off as I go! I find it very helpful because I can take big tasks and break them into smaller steps. It helps me stay on track and allows me to communicate with my team when I am on a project without wasting time typing up update emails or having status update meetings. It's a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about monday.com, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As you're completing projects monday.com is tracking the data and creating reports and charts that you can review at the end of the month or end of the quarter. This is very useful in my case because it showed that the work load I was taking on was much higher than my co-workers and helped management re-arrange some of the clients that were more demanding to help even the work load. As an individual, it is also very nice to have this data because it can help you to have concrete proof and documentation of your productivity when you walk into an end-of-year review and request a raise and/or promotion.
The impressive and beneficial organization is truly remarkable.

Without a doubt, the act of organizing various items and tasks holds a significant level of importance.

One of the key benefits of our approach is the active involvement of our clients in the project's progress. By regularly monitoring the advancement and receiving immediate documentation, our clients stay up-to-date with all the latest developments and can provide valuable feedback throughout the process. What do you dislike about the product?
- There are a few areas that I could describe as "silly limitations" for enterprise need. For example, the inability to bulk import a listing of users and manage the auto-notifications they get to get into the system. I'm optimistic though that as the platform continues to grow, that these items will be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company-wide strategy management at the company, department, and individual level. With Monday we are able to drill down across the organization to track progress and proactively intervene where appropriate.
Easy to use platform, can be configured for many things.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with colleagues and easy to share information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is out of order. I like it. I have not had any problems as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our project team to share all project information, store files in a central location, plan meetings, and communicate easily across several time zones.

Can be a little inflexible in some areas.....

Alignment across multiple tasks for management of activities....
Great for beginners - very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive for non-tech or project manager types. I come from tech, but my co-founders do not and even they use it to manage projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many templates that sometimes I don't know which is best to manage the project I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily task and project management and collaboration. Help's with the review process for our social media content as well.
I use Monday to create the schedule for the collection!!
What do you like best about the product?
The way the stages and dates are organized helps me plan the timing of the collections and assign responsibilities for the tasks. I can easily see the deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss being able to change the color of tasks to separate them by topics. This makes visualization a bit difficult, but the filters end up helping a lot with this part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are replacing the old Excel spreadsheet, integrating everyone involved in the tasks. This makes the whole process organized and more productive. Success!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday works wonders in balancing time management, ease of use, and the exact functionality I need best to operate in my daily life. It takes 99% of the work out of the executive functions that I need to make up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of holes in Monday. One thing is, there isn't much compatability in using widgets to do some of the work for me. So I can't create a task on the widget. It just opens the app for me. Which is okay I guess, but I didn't want to go into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking all the work out of the executive functions that my ADHD takes away from me. It keeps me focused and on task when I need it to, but also allows me to see the big picture of whats going on, who is doing what, and the timeline of all my projects
