Makes daily life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations that actually helps organizing our da to day work by sending us e-mails to remember to not loose any due dates. It's a dynamic solution, very intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you click an information it is very difficult to copy to paste it on another place. Sometimes, the solution get slow, making necessary to refresh the page which makes the processes a little slower and sometimes, when sharing information with other people with access to the same documents, it can be a little confusing .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is helping us to manage more dynamiclyour workflow. The clean layout helps visualizing information making the entire project environment more productive and helping us to achieve better results.

Monday.com has enabled me to batch track all of our goods and organise invoicing

I like the fact that I can set a status on my tasks that Ive been given. It really helps me communicate with my boss.

I honestly have no complaints, its a great site to use. Maybe I would change the colors on the site but otherthan that its great.

What do you like best about the product?
We have project boards for everything! We can invite all our clients to collaborate on their book project. It stops emails and keeps all the communcation in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be a bit confusing. Chat thread updates don't show the newest post at the top so there can be a lot of scrolling to find a comment. It's a minor thing but would be great if we can reverse the dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Monday.com we had several different project management systems but couldn't collaborate with our clients easily. We have now created a training portal and communication system that works for our clients and keeps track of our projects.
This has reduced our email dramatically and has reduced the amount of stress involved in managing many projects with a small team who work remotely.

great tool, very easy to use and awesome for team planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me and my team members stay organized and on top of ongoing projects. I like the multiple dashboards, the filter views and the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add automation from one dashboard to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows our team to know who is in charge of what project. This benefits me as it allows me to have a better understanding of what my team is doing as well as my own tasks.
Very versatile and support is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps our office be efficient and has encouarged collaboration. I also appreciate that you can use Monday.com for simple things like a collaborative To Do list or a very complex automated system. The program is so very versatile and flexible. Also, the support staff is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many downsides of Monday yet. Right now there are a lot of app integrations but many of them have a cost associated with them which isn't ideal for a grant funded program. Also, the app integrations aren't always clear on what exactly the app can or cannot do with Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the inefficiency of inter-office staff communication through email. Our office staff communicates through Monday and our email is less cluttered with updates, task assignments, etc. Monday also allowed us to create an innovative service/process for helping our clients requst and schedule appointments to take a test.

What do you like best about the product?
I quite like the simplicity of adding the tasks to various projects. It's quite easy to spot which member of the team might be over-loaded with tasks, and this lets me take an action.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the commenting system could be a bit better. For whatever reason, we tend to not use it too much and instead we use the text column for updates. Maybe if they had an option to output the latest comment on the task view it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it very easy for us to have structured weekly meetings on task and projects. Before Monday it would be up to the team to take notes or update a spreadsheet with activities, but now we have a single source for all the information needed to better manage our time.

It's easy to know where your colleagues are at with their projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's honestly not much I can say here. It's super easy to use and when I was introduced to it I understood the flow almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy to create a checklist for my companies projects and we never miss any crucial steps when completing projects for the customer.
Incredible Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do within monday.com what I used to do using multiple software. Monday.com makes it possible to simplify my operations and save $$$ by cutting out the superfluous softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there really aren't that many that I have encountered. If I had to pick one, I would say some of the widgets aren't that easy to configure for a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving my staff scheduling, customer retention and follow-up, project management and daily shift duties fulfillment. With automation, monday.com boards make my work easy!

I dislike that there isn't a native calander incorporated.
