What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a user-friendly interface with a visually appealing design. It makes it easy to navigate and understand the platform, allowing teams to quickly adapt to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. You can access your working schedule from your phone and tablet. All users signed to the task see the updates automatically after changes. One of the best websites I was working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, so far I do not have any dislikes about Monday.com. The admin supports the website all the time so never experienced any inconveniences. Every time works on a high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy contact with the whole company. Everyone has easy access to daily tasks. No one can miss anything. If one of the team mates is off sick or just off day it is easy to follow his job and emails.

The department timeline is really handy as I can keep on top of projects I am working on and ones coming in!

The user face is very busy - there are a lot of buttons and it can get a little confusing...

It's solving the clutter that comes with organising workoads are a busy agency.

It helped me and my team to organise our jobs, to meet our deadlines, to see our workload, being able help other team members.

Keep track of income, awarded and lost projects, next events, past events.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations have channged our time to complete admin, the email integartion with outlook enables us to send reminders and chase things without doing a thing, its brilliant

Not a lot - it works very well for us and i have no complaints

Its helping us work across teams so data is shared amongst HR, payrol and admin teams to ensure everyone knows everything they need to know without sending loads of manual emails

Cannot force user down a certain path like older workflow tools that I have used and the Salesforce integration will cost is extra.

It is helping our teams stay organized and track operational metrics.

Monday.com is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is colorful, user-friendly, and versatile. For the simplest task list to multi-faceted projects, Monday.com is a tool for every business type and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point can put some users off, especially those with small business budgets or personal usage. The free trial does have enough usage for some use cases, but Pro is where the most beneficial usage is and not all can afford the seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with multiple remote teams, it consolidates project tracking and communication into a central location rather than having multiple online docs in various drives. Helps to eliminate full inboxes and tedious email strings.

board connection limitations (60 board limit)

We are able to track all of our offices and have them feed info to a main board. This allows us to task groups and individuals, build forms, automate documents
