Monday’s has changed our business organization process
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate tasks makes keeping tasks in the correct place as easy a click

There is nothing that I have discovered so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to keep our sales reps connected on oppurtunities and leads and also helping our operations to keep track of tasks and who is doing them. It has helped immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this program keeps me organized but with the new update it gotten better looks in term that it looks cleaner and more intuitive. Excellent job on the revamp!

I just wish their would be more details on mobile notifications. Easier way to create notifications for individual slot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving organization issues we had. Instead of using excel and being confusing. This is simple to use and can update date on the fly or even update information

Very easy to use with an abundance of templates to get you started that are very configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign tasks to other team members (for my reference only) who are not / don't need to be users of monday.com / CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared team workflow allows clarity between the team on what everyone is working on, allowing for easy monitoring of workload and deadlines.

- auto recalculate timeline if user make a change in order to avoid overlays needed
- better progress column value. It will be very useful if you add a more complex way to calculate progress. Ability to add costom formulas

Ease of use, integration of forms and communication.

Cost per user and more white-glove assistance in setup could be useful.

Managing assigned tasks, project deadlines and visibility to overall workload of the entire team.
Once you know monday, it is extremely easy to navigate and understand.

- Learning it took me a little while to get the grasp of creatain things - sometimes i would miss tabs just because i wasnt aware they existed on monday
- No storage for design assets

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Can keep track of what everyone is doing / what needs doing / who needs help when stuck and who has completed what etc. Very useful to see how much I have to do also
Invaluable Tool with a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is so highly customizable. The ability to create & integrate boards while customizing everything from colors, to data type, to automatic workflows, is invaluable - especially for small teams with lots of moving pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. At first, I found it cumbersome and frustrating. With a little time and patience, though, it became fairly natural. A few features could be more practical - like an option to create reoccurring tasks or workflows, for example. But generally speaking, workarounds are available. I do wish the developers would address some user requests that continue to come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows organizations to compile a high volume of information into one platform in a way that is easy to review and manipulate. For my client organizations, it expands their capacity by keeping more information in one place with fewer manual steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep you organized and on task. It is like your to-do list on steroids. You can easily track projects, assign tasks, keep everyone involved informed, and set timelines and due dates. I love that you can attach files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is having too many boards to keep up with, which is more of a user issue. It works so great; every department or group has a board which can sometimes feel like an overload. Again, this is more of a problem with how the company uses it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an asset to quickly identify your tasks and what the rest of the team is working on. It is a great way to assign tasks and collaborate on initiatives and projects.
A rough but basic journey.
What do you like best about the product?
The best word that can describe monday.com is improvement. The workflow in my business was so slow before that, when we started using monday.com, everything was so clear and simple, my teams started to see better numbers in all meanings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somedays monday.com isn't working right, giving us some slowdowns that make all my teams start getting nervous about schedules and deadlines getting near and they can't do nothing to get monday.com working right except waiting for the server's to get better ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our problems with missing deadlines, missing documents, and our workflow has improved and it was all solved using monday.com, now were working so fast and with a reliable platform.
